Jack opened his front door and was greeted by his mum. Jack thought she would be at work and he could put another pull up in his bag before she got home to hide the evidence of his accident. But for some reason she took the day off. "How was school?" she asked "any accidents?". "No" Jack said. "Show me your bag" his mum replied. "No". "Excuse me? Don't speak to me like that. Show me your bag". Jack admitted defeat and gave her his bag. She opened it to find only one pull up and a bag containing his dirty trousers. "I'm sorry mum" Jack said quietly, fighting back tears.
Jack went upstairs and changed his clothes. As he stripped down to his pull up he looked in his full length mirror to see his reflection. A skinny 14 year old boy wearing just a pull up nappy stared back at him, crying like a baby. "what the fuck is wrong with me" he said as he punched his wall which made his knuckles bleed.
He took off his pull up, changed into his underwear and sat on his bed. He opened his phone to see a notification on his phone from his best friend Kieran "yo r u ok bro? u seemed bare quiet today" it said. Jack wanted to vent everything to him but he also didn't want him to know. He thought about what would happen if everyone at school found out. He would have no friends, everyone would bully him. "I'm fine" he replied with even though it was the worst day of his life
Before he went to bed he tried putting on his nappy by himself but did a terrible job. He ended up having to ask his mum to help him again. He spent the rest of the day crying in his bed and couldn't fall asleep until 4am.
