Fangirls get zero sleep whatsoever. That is why i am writing this at 4am. Their time is spent wringing fanfics, reading fanfics, watching every YouTube video/music video/Interview that their obsession is in and/or stalking their social media accounts.
On the rare occasion that they do get sleep, they will dream about that person/people. They will meet them, date them, or marry them. When they wake up they will suffer from ADD, after dream depression and continue to stalk the person.
If you are new to this whole fangirl thing, don't worry. Your body will adjust to the lack of sleep and you won't feel tired anymore.
