Chapter 7: The Flu

No POV:

Sitting in his chair by a fireplace we find Sirzechs going the reports from his sister along with a few other things

"This surge in strays worries me" Sirzechs says to himself

As Sirzechs continues to go over the reports Grayfia enters the room

"I am sorry to disturb you sir but the familiars have come back from Kuoh" Grayfia said

"Why would they do that exactly?" Sirzechs asked

"Apparently the aura and energy source you sent them there to follow and track has vanished completely" Grayfia answered

Hearing that caused Sirzechs to sit up straight in his seat

"Is it gone because it is dead or is it something else?" Sirzechs asked

"They don't know, one second it was there another it was gone, just like that" Grayfia answered

"I do not like that, this worries me incredibly, I want you to have the familiars search all of Japan and if they find nothing expand the search across the human world" Sirzechs said

"I will have it done right away my lord" Grayfia said

"Good and if they find nothing in the human world have them search all of the underworld" Sirzechs said

"I will inform them to do so" Grayfia said

"Let's hope it doesn't come to that" Sirzechs says to himself

"Is there anything else that you need from me my lord?" Grayfia asked Sirzechs

"Yes, there is one thing, did you take care of that business?" Sirzechs asked

"We've found the devil roaming around claiming to be the true king of hell" Grayfia answered

"And what has been done to this devil?" Sirzechs asked

"We've found that he is not them and is just some low class devil looking for easy fame and recognition, he has been punished for causing a stir but we let him go after the punishment was over" Grayfia answered

"Good as long as they start acting like themselves and stop trying to be someone they will never be" Sirzechs said

"Is there anything else that you need of me my lord?" Grayfia asked

"There is one last thing that I need from you Grayfia, I need you to go and inform my sister that the wedding date has been moved to a week from now, she has 7 days to get her things in order" Sirzechs answered

"I will inform lady Rias of this change" Grayfia said with a bow as she left the room

Looking at the fireplace, Sirzechs couldn't help but think of him, the one who could kill him and throw the underworld back into chaos

"I won't give you the throne back so easily" Sirzechs says to himself

Time Skip

Tenshi Residence: Kuoh

Y/N POV:

It was early in the morning and the sound of my alarm going off woke me up. Trying to turn it off I noticed that my arm hurt as did my whole body for some reason.

"Shut up" I said as I failed to turn the alarm off the first time

Eventually I turned the alarm off and then tried to get out of bed but couldn't. My body felt weak, my muscles sore, I felt like I was frozen stiff as I forced myself to get up. Eventually I lifted myself up with my arms but then I fell out of my bed and onto the floor. I looked up at the ceiling not able to move, not knowing what to say as I couldn't get up.
