Dear universe, even though
I listen and love these people so
Please can you help me
To let go of their troubles and just be
Peaceful calm and discerning
Which will stop my mind & soul churning
With emotions that are not even mine
Which in turn allows me to align
To my very own truest nature
Please don't let me take on their behaviour
Let me protect my self in pink light
That'll secure my heart so very tight
Once again I care and love them so
However their energies I now let go
