Friendship

Thank you for being my friend

Your kindness knows no end

You always listen and offer advice

The words are warm, just so nice

If I didn't have you I'd sometimes drown

You make my sad days turn around

A true angel you are to me

No judgements, say things as they should be

I know I can rely on you

To lift my spirits be objective never blue

I wonder had you not ventured in

How my life would appear so dim

You're sunshine on a cloudy day

A real Godsend in every way

Caring, wonderful and wise

A gift from the heavens truly a prize
