"Kyungwan careful," Yeona alerted her lover.

They are now escaping from her parents. Yeona's parents are now after them. Yeona's father is extremely dissatisfied with their relationship, which is why the couple tried to escape the town and begin living in other cities.

Yeona comes from a wealthy family in Seoul, and her father has told her that she will be the next heir to their company when she reaches the appropriate age, but Yeona has never been fond of running a business.

Even though she tried to oppose her father's ideas, she was powerless to change her father's mind. She is the Kim family's only daughter, and there is no one in the family to whom the chairman can pass his company.

Kyungwan, the polar opposite of Yeona, comes from a less-than-affluent family. Kyungwan comes from a completely different family than Yeona. While Yeona has everything, Kyungwan only has her family. She doesn't aspire to be as wealthy as her girlfriend; all she wants is to get her family out of their filthy and uncomfortable home.

Because her family does not have enough money, she and her sister will not be able to study even if they wanted to. That is why, at a young age, she began to work on her own to meet her school-related needs. She finished high school and is now in college; she is working harder now because her school fees are rising.

She works several jobs. Kyungwan works as a waitress in a restaurant and a cafe, and she occasionally works in a photography studio to assist with shoots. This is where she met Yeona. This is where it all began.

When the chairman discovered that his daughter was going out with an unidentified person, he dispatched someone to watch over her and follow her around.

When he found that her daughter was dating a girl, not just any girl, but someone who was not even as high as her daughter, he confronted her and scared her. But Kyungwan was not easily scared; she adored Yeona and would go to any length to protect her.

Yeona's father became enraged by her daughter's obstinacy, so he locked her in her room. Kyungwan, being a strong lady willing to risk everything for Yeona, decided to sneak her out of their house and flee with her.

She successfully snuck Yeona out of their house, but as they were about to leave, one of the family guards caught them, which is why Yeona's parents are now looking for them.

"Don't worry, I won't let anything happen to us," Kyungwan said to Yeona as she grabbed and squeezed her hand.

Kyungwan is now driving as fast as she can in part to escape Yeona's parents. When Yeona's parents began to fire a gun, they became terrified.

"Yeona, keep your head down," her lover instructed.

Kyungwan tightens her grip on the steering wheel and presses the gas pedal. She desperately wants to escape Yeona's parents, but she is afraid Yeona will be harmed. She is willing to do anything for her, even if it means risking her life.

Another gunshot is heard, but this time Kyungwan was hit on her left arm, where she was holding the steering wheel, causing her to lose control and their car to become lost on the track.

"Urgh!" She whimpers, which draws Yeona's attention.

"Are you okay, Kyungwan?" She asks, and she notices blood running down her arms.

"Oh my God, are you okay?" She is terrified.

"Don't mind me, it just slips," she simply stated so as not to worry her.

"Are you sur— Ahh!" As she heard another gunshot, Yeona yelled.

"Shit!" Kyungwan cursed because it appears that they got hit with one of their tires.
