Sitting down at the computer once again, Jungkook opened the programs he used to work on Y00NG1. He didn't have any more ideas in mind for the character today, so he wanted to focus on getting a more variety of reactions. Like different smiles, awkward faces, shy faces, anything that would give Y00NG1 more life.
Sketching out a new face on his template Jungkook sighed, he couldn't think of where to get started. He knew what he wanted to do, but just couldn't get it out on the screen. He could practically see the lines, the transition, the coding, but it was all stuck in his head. "Fuck.." he mumbled, sitting back in his seat, looking at the ceiling he sighed.
The only idea he could think of was, animation? He had never animated anything in his life, but it would be more realistic if it was animated. "I have to teach myself how to animate for this... great.." Jungkook grunted, sitting up he downloaded a free animating software and sighed. "Just a whole bunch of drawings, making it go from one face to another, I've got this." Jungkook mumbled, bringing up the neutral and grinning faces he wanted to animate. Working on these, he only needed to animate the lips, it would be the easiest starting point for his plan.
Sketching out around 50 different mouth attempts Jungkook came up with a very scuffed animation of only the mouth changing, then he realized his eyes looked dead if they stayed still when he smiled. Groaning Jungkook put his head down on the desk and sighed, lifting it and dropping it several times in frustration. Stupid fucking eyes showing so much stupid emotion.. just closing them would be- closing them! That's perfect! He thought, throwing himself back into his chair to look his Y00NG1 in the eyes. Taking a second for his head to calm down from throwing himself around he grinned, pulling the eyes layer onto a separate screen to begin the animation.
Flipping from drawing to tutorials to coding to drawing again Jungkook worked for hours, slowly sipping away at his monster until his work was good enough to him. "Now.. just work?" Jungkook hesitated, clicking the complimenting button and seeing the script show up. "You're cute." Jungkook sighed, seeing the animation work smoothly. "Fuck yeah!" He shouted, standing up quickly in excitement. "Jungkook?" Yuna mumbled, knocking on his bedroom door.
He quickly rushed to the door and opened it, seeing his curious little sister looking up at him. "What happened?" She mumbled. "I'll show you." Jungkook smiled, taking her hand and walking to his desk. Sitting down he let her sit on his knee. "Click a command and say what shows up." Jungkook instructed her, watching her do exactly that. "You're.. pretty?" Yuna tilted her head, seeing Y00NG1 smile and reading the caption she smiled back. "What is this though?" Yuna asked. "It's something I made, isn't it cool?" Jungkook asked, seeing his little sister smile widely. "It is!" She clapped her hands.
Jungkook smiled seeing her so happy, Yuna was autistic and a stim she often did when she was happy was clapping. "Now, I have more work to do, you should go back to your room." Jungkook sighed, seeing her pout as she got off his knee. "Okayyy, bye bye Kookie." She mumbled as she walked out of his bedroom, closing the door behind her.
Sitting back down at his desk he smiled, seeing Y00NG1s neutral expression staring back. Jungkook waited for a moment, beginning to feel uncomfortable looking at Y00NG1s deaf eyes. I'll just work on some coding.. I'll add in blinking later he thought with a chuckle. Pulling himself up to the desk he opened a new coding project and began messing around with some new codes.
He knew his final goal would be having a AI which would learn and grow by collecting data and processing it like a real human. It was quite far fetched for his 14 year old brain, but it was a final goal he wanted to reach one day.

A/N: Short chapter so y'all know I'm still alive, high school isn't even hard I'm just struggling with a lot of mental stuff.
I'm gonna be going to a psychiatrist and everything soon so chapters will be extremely slow but I'll try and post at least once or twice a month.
