chapter 4

"Let's go lets go!" I say hurriedly pushing Elijah and Jay out of the house while locking the door.

"Oh no I forgot your school bag" I say to Elijah while handing rose to jay so he can put her in the car.

"Ah mom you are so forgetful." Elijah says as he rolls his eyes. But then his eye widen "MOM I FORGOT MY SHOES!" He yells running in the house after I open it.

"Yup definitely your kid." Jay says laughing. "Shut up" I laugh as I throw Rose's jacket at him.

"Ok let's gooo!" Elijah says as he runs to the car with his shoes and his school bag.

In the car driving

"Hey mom?" Elijah says. "Yes hun?" I ask.

"Why are we going to dads Isnt it your turn with us still?" He asks looking out the window.

"Yes it is still my turn but I'm going to let your father have you." I say. "Did I do something wrong? Is it because I won the teddy bear when you couldn't?" He says with a sad voice.

'I let him win' I think to myself
(Suuuuuure you did ToTaLlY not because you suck at the game.)

I turn back to look at him (again jay is driving). His eyes are filled with tears as his lip quivers slightly.
"No sweetheart I'm so so proud you won. And you didn't do anything wrong." I say hurriedly.

"Then why are you giving up your turn?" He says sniffling slightly.
"Because today is your dads birthday hun. He loves you guys and I wanted him to spend time with you on his birthday." I say wiping the tear that slipped out.

"Oh really today is daddy's birthday?!" He yells as his mood does a complete 180.

"Yes so I have his presents In the back." I giggles at his excitement.

Pulling up to bts house thing

"Mom, rose fell asleep." The soft whisper of Elijah brings a smile to my face knowing he doesn't want to wake her up.

"Its ok bud. hey why don't you go knock on the door?" I say knowing he loves to do that. "Ok ok yay yay" he whispers excitedly while getting out of the car and slowly closing the door.

"I'll go with him." Jay laughs as he follows Elijah.

I get out of the car and gently grab Rose. As I walk up to the door with a sleeping rose in my arms I see Elijah rapidly pressing the door bell while Jay rapidly knocking on the door.

All of a sudden the door flies open and jungkook hugs Jay and Elijah. He is about to tackle me when he sees rose asleep in my arms. So instead he kisses my cheek and pats my head.

Elijah looks at jungkook shooketh. He slowly backs up and then full on sprints into the house.

"What's up with him?" I ask as jungkook shrugs.

"Dad! Dad! Uncle kook is kissing mom!" We hear him yell from inside. Me and jungkook look at eachother and laugh. Namjoon comes out of the house quickly and stops when he sees me and jungkook.

"Elijah it's not nice to lie." Namjoon says scratching the back of his neck. "I am not lieing he kissex moms cheek." Elijah says stomping his foot at namjoon.

"Elijah your mom is friends with jungkook. Cheek kisses are friendly." Namjoon explains to Elijah.

"Well you came out pretty fast you also looked kind of mad if I didn't know any better I'd think you were jealous of the thought." Jay says smirking.

"I....i....no..um" namjoon struggles to explain.

"Ah isy hi what a surprise." Jin says as he walks out of the house and kisses my cheek. 'Did namjoon just glare at jin?' I think to myself.
