It's been four days since Pablo had last heard from Stell. He had gotten used to receiving daily texts from Stell to nothing. To say he's worried is an understatement. He's scared. He needs to talk to Stell or at least find out how he is and where he is. Since calling Stell's family is not an option, he decided to call the boys starting with Justin.

Justin POV

"Oh bakit?" I answered the call with a snarky tone. I'm currently writing down ideas cos I wanted to be productive today and didn't want any distractions.

"Have you talked to Stell recently?"

"Yes. Why?"

"He's not responding to my messages."

"Eh di tawagan mo."

"Seen lang messages ko eh, baka ayaw ako kausapin..."

Pablo sounds like he's sad so I put my pen down and sighed into the phone. Eto na naman tayo...lagi nalang akong naiipit sa dalawang 'to.

"Nag away ba kayo?"

"No. Bakit may sinabi ba sya?"

"Wala naman. Napansin ko lang...when I mentioned you, tahimik lang siya. Ano bang ginawa mo?"

"I didn't do anything Jah. That's the problem."

"Haaa?! Mag-usap nga kayo... wait lang tatawagin ko..."

"No... Wha-at?! Wa- wait...andyan siya?!"

"Kalma lang. Yes, he's here."

"Since when? How's he doing? What's he doing now?"

"Pwede isa-isa lang? First, he's been staying here for 2 days na ata? Second, okay lang naman sya, I think. Third, malay ko kung ano ginagawa nya ngayon. Di naman kami magkadikit lagi."

"Why didn't you tell me na andyan sya? I was so worried!"

"I thought you knew kasi lagi naman kayong magkasama at magkausap."

"Did he say anything else?"

"Nope."

"So, what's he been doing there?"

"Ayun, kain tulog lang."

"Does he seem okay?"

"Kasasabi ko lang kanina di ba? He's okay. Bakit ba ako tinatanong mo? Call him."

"I plan to...I mean I will."

"Ano ba talagang nangyari?"

"You wouldn't understand. I just need to talk to him first."

"Oh eh di mag-usap kayo! Istorbo nyo pa ako..." I pouted my lips as if Pablo can see me.

"Jah..."

"Mm?"

"Did he say kung kelan sya uuwi?"

"Wala atang balak umuwi, kapal nga ng mukha eh."

"Jah naman..."

"Haha, joke lang. I think he's gonna stay until lockdown is over. Or maybe a few more days? I'm not really sure. He doesn't tell me everything Pau."

"I see. Thanks Jah. I was just really worried. I'm glad he's been staying with you."

Pablo did sound relieved but still sad. I've been a witness to some of their fights which are mostly petty stuff initiated with jokes and pranks that usually end up with one of them being a sore loser a.k.a the "asar talo". But this time it sounds serious because Stell would never ignore Pablo. Most of the time it is Stell who'd give in and make the first move.
