With Ghidorah now king, Mothra captured Task Force 141 and Delta Force are also arrested by Shephard while Makarov is still out there, however all hope is not lost

General Shepherd: What is this?
Ishiro: Thousands of years ago, there was a war between Gojira and Ghidorah, the battle never finished, the fight may be happening again, they call it The Great Titan War

Captain Price: as we know, Makarov is hiding in Tokyo and Ghidorah is making his way there as well. So all we need to do is find Godzilla, we'll deal with Makarov while he deals with Ghidorah

Kate: The plan is enter the city, find Makarov and eliminate him.
