Marauders imagines (x reader)

Imagine... Celebrating your birthday with the Marauders.

(Author's note: This is for my friend MaryAnnTrem... Happy birthday!! I know it's a day late, but I couldn't post yesterday. I figured you'd like having your birthday celebrated by the Marauders. Enjoy! :D)

"Wake up Y/n..." You hear someone say.

You sigh into your pillow. "What is it?" You ask.

"It's your birthday!" Another person says.

You wake up instantly. "Oh yeah!"

"Happy birthday Y/n!!" The four other Marauders are all standing around your bed.

You sit up, laughing. "Thanks, guys..."

They all envelop you in a group hug, grinning. Sirius ruffles your hair.

"And we have presents!" James presents a package to you.

"Wow! This must be the best birthday ever." You take the present from him. "But... How did you guys get into my room?"

"We have our secrets." Sirius shrugs.

You raise an eyebrow and open James' present.

"Woah!" You cry. It's a brand-new broom maintenance kit, complete with handle polish, tail clippers, and wood-preserving wax.
(Idk I just made that up)

"Thanks James." You hug him with one arm, setting down the box on your bedside table.

"And mine!" Peter hands you another wrapped box.

You open it to find all your favourite candy from Hogsmeade.

You thank Peter and take Remus' gift- a new book on your favourite subject.

You open it to the first page. "I haven't read this one yet- Thanks, Moony!"

Sirius gives you a new cloak and a bracelet with y/h coloured beads. You immediately put it in your wrist.

"Cool!" You smile at your friends. "Thank you so much, you guys. This really means a lot to me."

"No problem! Happy birthday, Y/n!" Remus picks up the wrappings from your bed to throw it out.

They leave your room so you can get changed, and you smile to yourself. The day has only just begun.

This is going to be great, you think.
