Chapter 14: Hideout

Saitama was sitting on the couch with Toshi doing absolutely nothing. Saitama stood up and went towards the door.

Toshi:
"S-Saitama, where are you going?"

Saitama:
"I'm going out"

Toshi:
"Wait- Can I come too-

Saitama:
" No, you need to rest"

Saitama:
"You can't keep using your Muscle Form, otherwise you might be a skeleton for your whole life"

Toshi:
"Um.. was that an insult or a persuasion?"

Saitama:
"Hm... both"

Toshi felt an arrow pierce his heart. Saitama gave a thumbs up and left the house.

He walked down the street, he was wondering what he should cook. As he continued walking, he noticed a large figure with a trench coat. Followed by a another man wearing a darker trench coat.

Saitama thought that they where just random citizens. While they may seem suspicious, it's normal in the world of Quirks. Saitama just shook off the thought when suddenly, they disappeared.

Saitama:
'Wow, finally. Something interesting'

Saitama scooted while in pursuit. After few moments later, Saitama made his way into a building. Saitama thought it was just a normal apartment complex when he saw quick flash of light from one of the windows.

Saitama wanted to continue exploring what the place was but decided to cancel it. He pulled out his phone and left a note in it for him to not forget it

While Saitama was walking back home, he came across a very.. intriguing discovery. Well, it was a girl that looks like she's lovestruck, or lovesick even. Saitama wanted to follow her, making him look like a creep. But really, he wanted to know where she's going.

She seems very bright and cheerful, but she's headed to the alley where he set a note. He added another note saying 'dirty ash blonde with two buns on the side of her hair.' He quickly left the premises and headed straight home.

Saitama told everything to Toshi. And they even suspected it was the League of Villains. They even plan to send in a decoy to see if it really is the League of Villains. They just don't know who to send in.

Saitama:
"Look, we don't have anyone as hidden as Toru"

Saitama:
"It may be extremely dangerous, but with a few practices and precautions. We can get through this"

Toshi:
"Y-yes"

Toshi:
"But what about the consequences?"

Toshi:
"She could be spotted, she could get captured and even get killed!"

Saitama:
"That's why I'm coming with her"

Saitama:
"If she needs help, she can just scream or I can just go in there without them noticing"

Toshi sighed. But agreed to him in the end. They were now right in front of Toru's house. And of course, they talked to her in private.

Toru:
"I can do it!"

Toru:
"It is dangerous.."

Saitama:
"Like I said, just call for help and all will be good"

Saitama:
"So let's see.. tomorrow?"

Toshi:
"Sounds great"

Saitama:
"Okay, so we'll see you tomorrow Toru"

Toru:
"Yes sir!"

It was now the following day. Saitama, Toshi, and Toru were now at the building, Toru is a little scared but with 2 Pro Heroes and faith, she has nothing to fear.

Saitama:
"So, do you still know the plan?"
He asked.

Toru:
"Yes, sir"

Saitama:
"Good, now let's wait first"

It took a few hours of waiting when suddenly, someone was entering the building. Saitama signalled Toru to follow the man. Toru took off what she was wearing and entered the door.

After a few minutes, Toshi couldn't handle it anymore.

Toshi:
"Saitama, we need to check on her!"

Saitama:
"But it'll ruin the plan!"

Saitama:
"That's why she has placed a recording device, hidden in plain sight"

Saitama:
"But like I said, she can just call and we'll rush and save her"

Saitama:
"Do you trust me?"

Toshi:
"Of course I do. All Pro Heroes trust each other!"

Saitama:
"So why do you even doubt?"

Toshi:
"I'm just worried, okay?"

After a couple of minutes, the door opened. The man from before left the building. Toru's clothes floating.

Toshi:
"Toru, you're back"

Saitama:
"So, is it the League?"

Toru:
"Yes, it is"
She said as she gave the recording device back

Saitama:
"Well then, the plan was executed thoroughly'

Saitama:
"We'll discuss the plan in invading the League Of Villains.."

Saitama:
"Thanks for the help, Toru"
Toru then nodded.
