"What do you mean don't worry about it, Aaron?" Nicky grabs my arm before I walk away from her because she's being annoying. I turn around and look at her confused."Nicky please. This is my problem, not yours. It and I will be okay." I turn around, attempting to walk away again. This time she just follows me.
"Aaron, you are my best friend. If he hurts you, he hurts me too. And I don't like being hurt."
"I understand that Nicky and that's why I am asking you kindly to leave it alone." she throws her hands in the air. "fine, if you don't want my help I won't give it to you" I throw myself on the couch in the living room and she follows. She signs then looks up at me. "fine". She throws her hands in the air frustrated.
"So what are you gonna do about it?" Nicky asks.
"I don't know yet. I guess wait and see how it plays out. Maybe?" I look her way so she could confirm if I should or not. She looks at me with a blank stare. "what?" She asks.
"Well? Should I wait to see how it plays out?"
"You told me not to help you, Aaron"
"You know what if your going to be such a pain in the ass you can get out my house." I tell her, rising my voice, getting angry.
She looks at me shocked and confused. "Shut up Aaron" she says, jokingly and pushes my arm. "I think the best option is to just talk it out with him, I mean what could possibly happen?"
"Yeah, your right but I'm not ready to speak to him. I think I'm going to hold a stupid grudge until he apologizes".
"Wait, wait, wait you said that he said he it wasn't what you thought it was?" Pointing at me waiting in me to answer.
"Umm.. yeah but.."
".. but nothing Aaron maybe it really was not what you thought."
I look up at the ceiling, annoyed again. "Not helping!" I yell in hopes she'll change the topic.
"I don't wanna talk about this anymore. Im gonna wait and that's final!" I stand up and flip my loose hair to the back of my ear. Well.. talking it out with Nicky went pretty great. Now if he really loves me like he says he does, he'll be back. Hopefully.
