Epilogue 1

Few years later

“Appa jebal eronaba palli erona ” called Kim Tae-chul . The man on the bed cuddled on the pillow as he was tired of his son's nagging . Another cute toddler ran towards the man and sprayed some water on the man's face asking him to wake up . He suddenly jolted up as he felt the cold water on his face , the toddlers laughed at the sleepy man . The man rubbed his eyes and looked at the clock , it was 8:00 am in the morning . He groaned and said ...

“Yah Tae-chul it is just 8 eomma is coming at 12:00pm ... You know right ?”
“Ne but please hurry I want to meet her” cried the boy .
“Appa bathe Tae-chul properly he stinks like barbecue of last night ”
The man shushed the two kids who were arguing about how they smelled . He got up and went to the kitchen to make himself some coffee ☕ .

“Appa” the two cried as they followed him to the backyard ...

He sat there simply sipping on his morning coffee yet looking exceptionally handsome without trying the total husband material .

Suddenly there was a phone call and the man picked it up . A loud voice chimed on the call ...

“Samchul we'll be there in an hour and don't worry Appa is bringing breakfast so get ready quickly ” the boy said and hung up immediately without waiting for the other's reply .

The man smiled to himself and said “Indeed Jin's son ”

You're right that was Yeon-seok . The lad who was 6 now . He was 3 when Taehyung and Ensung married so now he was 6 . Kim Tae-chul and Kim Sung-hyun the twins were three now , Taehyung and Ensung's kids . Ensung was out for a business trip for around two weeks so the kids here were missing her and they were excited as she was coming back today . 

Taehyung finished drinking his coffee and carried the two boys in the bathroom so they could wash up . Tannie their dog joined too . They showered up together and went out to get dressed up in their casuals . The father and his son's looked cool and chic surprisingly at the same time . They heard the door bell ring and the two kids ran towards the door followed by their father . Then Taehyung opened the door and there stood another adorable man with his back facing the door and he carried a baby in his arms .
He turned as he heard the door click open . His sunglasses fitted perfectly on his nose bridge as it was high enough , his perfect pink lips formed a curve , he had a bouquet of flowers beautifully decorated in his hands , his perfect fingers wore a few silver rings and among them all one with the initials CY shined brightly ... The boy in his arms jumped down quickly and went towards his cousins ... They ran off immediately to the twins room . Then Jin walked in and the two brothers' or precisely brother-in-laws' United together hugging and greeting each other .

Taehyung and Jin walked in together and sat on the dining table . Jin had brought the food he cooked so they sat down together to eat . They called the kids and placed the food in front of them followed by their favourite juices .

They finished eating and went off to the car to drive off to the airport to pick up Ensung ....

Taehyung's POV

I was driving our way to the airport when I got a call I picked up only to notice that it was from Ensung . I picked it up and I was immediately met by disappointed . She said that her flight was delayed as per due to some government issues all flights from Malaysia was delayed by a week . I was disappointed because I wanted to celebrate my birthday together but here we go ...

I took a U turn and the boys were quiet shocked at the sudden change of direction . I told them about the flight delay and they were disappointed too ...

We reached home all disappointed , I went and opened the front door and the curtains were all closed , no light could enter as it was pitch dark , I opened my torchlight as I walked in with the boys there was someone in the dining table . It was a woman I went near the woman and she turned around , I couldn't believe my eyes ... It was just a doll that looked like a women . Suddenly I heard someone sing in her melodious voice ...

“Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you , happy birthday my dear Taehyungie happy birthday to you ”

Then suddenly the lights turned on and there was the love of my life my Ensung standing with a cake 🍰 and the whole living room was decorated with colourful balloons and streamers . The cake was beautiful it was purple and there was our family photo .... I ran and crashed in her arms as soon as she put the cake down on the table . She was a bit surprised but patted my head slowly as she hugged me back . The most soothing and calming feeling I had felt and yearned for when she was away .  Tae-chul and Sung-hyun ran towards us and hugged Ensung's legs . Instantly I heard a click and I saw Jin standing and smiling like an idiot with Yeon-seok . They looked perfectly like a son and father .

We finished our little hug and started to celebrate my birthday 🥳🎂 . Well it was quite cool not as big and not as small . I just missed the presence of someone and that someone was my sister ...

Time passed by slowly as we laughed and cracked lame jokes ... Now it was time for Jin and Yeon-seok to leave and for my dear sons to sleep as it was late and the next day they had to go to their kindergarten . Yeon-seok too had to go to school . Jin was a bit tipsy and he was worried if his wife finds him like this then he would probably be dead meat ...

I had a long day today but I had planned something for Chaeyeon for tomorrow as it was her birthday . She always called herself lucky because the world celebrated her birthday . It was on 1st of January . New year ... I just hope that I can fulfill all her wishes for tomorrow ... Thinking about the plan I felt asleep .

Ensung's PoV

I came back to our room after putting our sons to sleep and there was my bear fast asleep 😪 soft snores filled the room . I took out my night suit and changed . After changing I laid down on my side of the bed turning towards the window and wondering what should I gift Chaeyeon tomorrow as it was her birthday . I felt a pair of arms around my waist and a smile crept to my face immediately . I turned around and was met by the extreme scent of Taehyung . I felt peaceful to be with him , between his warm arms and his soft touch still gave me chills down my spine . His perfect lips , his cute moles , his boxy smile , his beautiful dark orbs , his ordinary eyebrows , his long and gorgeous eyelashes everything each and every part of him felt lovely . It made me love him more and more . I wish to keep the promise that we took together ... To help each other in sickness and in health , for richer and for poorer , until death do us apart ...

The most beautiful mistake I ever made was to fall for you ... A mistake I have and will always take as a blessing in disguise . You're my first and my last - KIM ENSUNG
