"This is delicious." I picked up another piece of pineapple.
"I'm glad you like the fruit salad, Jonah." Queen Elaine smiled.
"I'm going for a walk in the Lakshmi Forest, do you want to come?" Kalin asked.
"Yes," I nodded.
After we finished breakfast, Kalin and I got ready to leave the castle, our servants rushed to help us with our coats. Kalin looked so royal in her violet coat with her baby blue eyes and short midnight black hair.
I was wearing my dark green coat, and I had my crimson hair pulled back.
We stepped outside, our coats shimmered in the bright sun.
"Race you to that tree!"
"You're on."
Of course, Kalin beat me, she never waits for "go" she always goes on "one".
As we walked through the forest, we heard whispering. Black smoke appeared right in front of Kalin.
"It's almost as if it's alive." I pointed to it as it moved closer to us.
