Anthony's P.O.V.
I ran after Ian through the hole in the wall. He sure didn't look well. "Ian, wait!", I yelled with no effect. He disappeared in the blackness of the mysterious room. I stepped there and once again I got surrounded by the darkness.
~~~~~
When I got back to my sences again, I was standing in a room. And this time, Ian was here with me, but he was turned with his back on me. He was holding a paper. Is it another note?
He handed me the paper, still facing the opposite direction.
What's wrong with him? What happened? He seemed fine just a minute ago... Oh well..
I looked at the note. It was a very short one.
Find the exit.
"She used to be more talktive before...", I muttered, but got no responce.
~~~~~
We've been stuck here once again for what felt like forever without getting anywhere. And the weirdest thing was that Ian didn't look at me since we got there. He didn't say a single word. I wonder what's up with him? I should probably try to light the mood up a little...
"So...uhm, did you think about any improvements to that script we started writing yesterday? You know, that Five nights at Freddy's spoof?", I asked as I walked around the room. When I turned towards Ian, he was turned away again.
He stayed silent for a moment. "Uhh.. n-no. I... I didn't think about it...", he mumbled.
Okay... this didn't help...but I'll keep on trying.
So... uhm... for example... God! Why don't I ever get any ideas when I need them?
"Uhh...Oh! And what are we going to get for tomorrow's lunchtime?"
He still stood there in silence. "Uhm... I don't know. Whatever you want..."
"Are you sure? The last time you let me choose, you didn't seem very happy.", he just hummed in a responce. "Come on, what do you want? Something classic? Pizza? Tacos? Or maybe try something new?"
"Uhm... pizza it is.", he mumbled into the wall.
"And... uh... what kind will you get?"
He thought about it for a while. "Salami, I guess. You too, right?"
Seriously?
"Uhh.. Ian? Aren't you kinda forgetting something?"
"What?", he still didn't look at me, but I could tell by the tone of his voice that he was confused.
"Maybe the fact that I don't eat meat?"
"Oh, right. So... cheese then?"
"Nope. Wrong again. Come on, you know I am vegan. You knew until now, at least."
"Uhm.. I.. forgot...", he muttered, almost inaudibly.
"How could you....Okay, I didn't want to bring it up, I wanted to make you feel better, but you're behaving just way off. Seriously, what's wrong?"
"What do you mean? I am fine."
"No you're not! And you haven't been since that glass broke in that other room."
He just walked closer to the wall.
"Ian!"
"I am fine!", I could hear in his voice that he's getting angry.
"Come on, look at me! What happened?"
"Nothing happened!"
"Stop lying and look at me!"
"No!"
"Why?"
He froze a bit. "just... because", he muttered.
I started feeling very uncomfortable. What's wrong with him? He never behaved like this! What happened?! Why won't he look at me?! God, I have so many questins.
"You know you can tell me! Come on, we can work this out!"
"No. I am fine. Just, focus on finding the exit!"
"Why are you so butthurt? I am just trying to help you!"
"I don't need your help! I am just fine!"
"Why don't you look at me then?"
"I.. don't want to...", he mumbled again.
"Did something bad happen to you? Are you hurt? Just tell me what happened!", I walked closer to him and tried to look at his face, but he pushed me away. "What the hell, man? Why don't you tell me? You can trust me, I will try my best to help you!", I walked a bit closer again. He pushed me away again, but this time way stronger. I fell on the ground.
I got up, confused. "I know you are mad, but you don't have to behave like that! I am just trying to make you feel better! I don't get why are you being so-"
"Oh my god! Just shut the fuck up already!", he yelled in an enraged voice as he pushed me towards the wall and I hit it with my forehead.
I didn't know Ian was this strong... Fuck! It hurts!
I was holding onto the wall with my shaky hands, trying to catch some balance, but Ian walked closer to me and grabbed me by the collar of my shirt. He hit me against the wall for one more time and yelled into my face. "...I was perefectly fine, but you just wouldn't shut your mouth! You just kept saying how weird everything I do is!..."
I didn't dare to move. I was paralized with fear and my head hurt terribly.
Why would he do that? I saw him being mad so many times, but THIS? This was... new. Weird. Wrong. He behaved so unlike him.
"I-Ian", I muttered almost inaudibly, trying to make him stop.
"I told you to shut up!", he yelled as he hit me against the wall again. My head felt like it's going to explode and my forehead was burning.
"Ian, please... stop it... why are you even doing this?"
I slightly opened my eyes to look at his face for the first time here. My eyes were narrowed with pain and fear, but they widened as I realized one thing. I got the last piece of puzzle, and everything that happened in this room started making sence.
Those aren't the blue eyes the fangirls freak out about... Those eyes are brown!
This is not Ian..
