(A/N) Before I start, some of you already read the message I left on my account about not being abe to post last week, but for those who didn't - I was too busy last week and on the weekend, it said there was an error. (It is still a bit messed up, some parts of it are in... Spanish, I suppose, and it only shows newer coments on the phone and not on the computer. Hopefully, it'll be fixed soon.) But don't you worry kids, I am back! You didn't worry, did you? And you are not kids, are you? Well... um... ENJOY!

Anthony's P.O.V.

I was slowly losing conciousness. I know I would have slipped away completely, if there wasn't for Ian. My head still hurt, but at least I wasn't bleeding anymore.

When we blacked out again and woke up in another room. I opened my eyes... but all I saw was darkness. No, it wasn't the room itself. It was something covering my eyes. It wasn't just a regular blindfold. It was something heavy, definitely not made of cloth, and it wasn't just over my eyes, it was all over my head, like some sort of helmet. Only my mouth was not covered. I tried to take it off, but there seemed to be some sort of string underneath my chin, made from equally hard material as the rest of the helmet. I could not take it off.

I felt my shoes being wet soaked and heard the water pouring somewhere near.

"Ian? What the fuck is this? What's happening again?", I asked, starting to panic.

"I... I don't know... We are in... some weird room, there is grating between us... there is, um... water coming out of one of the walls and there is a hole in the ground. Wait, there is another note, I'll read it for you!"

"Okay."

"Welcome to another quest. It's going to be the last one, but also the hardest one. Also, congratulations on passing the previous level. Frankly, I didn't expect you to make it."

What a bitch.

"You sure are good friends, aren't you? Let's not get sentimental. I have stuff to explain. You see, this room is not any ordinary room, but then again, is there any? Your task is 1) to 'clean' the drain in the floor before the room floods, 2) Ian, press the correct button on the ground. There are five of them, and only one is the right one. You can clearly tell which one is it, but not when it's covered with... the liquid you're seeing now."

He suddenly paused. I heard steps through the water. Or is it water? Why would the girl call it so suspiciously 'liquid'?

"Shit, she's right", I heard Ian mumble.

"Ian? What's wrong? Is that all the note says?"

"No, it continues. I just wanted to check something.", he cleared his throat. "Don't guess. If you choose the wrong button, you and Anthony both die. You don't want that to happen, do you? That's why you have to clean the drain. 3) on Anthony's side of the room is the key to unlock the door and finish the game. But first, you have to unlock Anthony's helmet. The key to it is on Ian's side of the room. Ian can only get to Anthony if he gets rid of the grating, which he does by pressing the right button. Got it? Uhm... Good luck."

"That's all the note says?"

"Uhm... yeah.", I heard the paper crumple. "So... let's get it over with, shall we? I guess I should lead you towards the drain, so you could pull out whatever is in there... "

"Uh... sure. So, where do I go?"

"Okay, so... take two steps forward. Maybe one more step. Yeah, there you go, now get on the ground and try to find the drain."

I searched the ground for the drain with my hands. "Got it!"

"Now... uhm, I guess you should reach there and try to pull out whatever is stuck in there. Be carefull, though."

"I... can try..." I slowly put my arms into the drain and suddenly felt something. "Found it." But it felt weird. It was solid, but it was covered in something... slimy. "Ew! What is that?" I tried pulling it out, but it seemed to be stuck. "I can't pull it out!"

"Try it again, it has to be possible. She wouldn't give us false instruction, she's not that evil." Yeah, right. She sent us into a video game where we can die, but she's totally not evil. Right

"Fine.", I sighed. I tried pulling it out again. This time, it felt like I was going to tear it apart. Is that a good sign? Oh, fuck it. It's probably just some lard of something very disgusting. The less of it in my hands the better. I pulled for one last time and heard a tearing sound. I got up, holding whatever I pulled out and felt the water flowing away through the drain.

Then I heard Ian gasping again. "God! Drop it back!"

"What? Why? What is that?"

"You don't want to know..."

"Why not? What is-"

"Just drop it back, goddammit!" Ian's reaction surprised me. What the hell could it be, that it made him freak out so much?

I dropped it and heard it plop down. Luckily it didn't get stuck again.

I wonder what's wrong with this room. Why is Ian freaking out so much again? Well, I sure hope we will finish this goddamned game soon.

(A/N) That's... my poor atempt to make it into a cliffhanger. So... stay tuned. I promise, I will post next week ;).
