11:00pm
"Almost done..." holding back your tears you solve one more question from your practice book. You were always the type to work on your assignments late but this was getting absurd. You swore you took a 5-minute break while working on your assignment but something distracted you which led to this whole 'holding back tears during last minute' situation. Your gaze shifted to your hands which hurt to the point that making a light fist would send jolts of pain all over your palm to your fingertips.
"Time out!" you say to yourself as you flopped down on your bed stretching your arms. The muscles around your shoulders and neck were too sore and aching from all the writing and there was this uncomfortable feeling in your guts that you could not explain. "All that stress is must be getting back to me"
11:11pm
The air around you also felt more heavier than usual. No, it felt suffocating. Quickly getting off your bed, you made your way towards the window across your room. A fresh and cold gush of wind greeted your room as soon as you let the window open. You closed your eyes and took a deep breath in. It felt as if all of your worries and stress subsided in a second. You didn't even feel the soreness of your shoulders as you did few minutes ago. You even sniffed the air to make sure there's nothing weird.
Your little moment with yourself was soon disturbed with light knocks on your door. Thinking it was probably your mom checking up on you, you opened the door. "I must be hallucinating, no I must be dreaming-"
There in front of you stood your bias from an anime, Sugawara Koushi. Normal people would've been confused and scared to see an anime character in their full fresh 3d look, but hey we're talking about Y/N here.
"I expected you to react more than that." The pretty boy in front of you said with a small smile plastered in his face. "Because I'm dreaming, this is not logical." You mumbled while staring at his face, unable to move a single muscle due to the shock. "You don't remember your dreams?"
"What dreams...?" you answered.
"What a shame. I remember every single one of them."
He looked at you with gleaming eyes and spread his arms welcoming you. Maybe it was the look in his eyes that made you enter his arms. None of you said a word to each other, the warmth felt abit too real for it to be a mere dream. Both of your breathings matched with each other. A hug like this should be enough for your heart to be racing like your hands on the paper of your assignment you were doing some time ago, butterflies should be swarming your belly, your head should be spiraling with hundreds of thoughts. Yes, it should've been what the main character feels when she's with the male lead. But you felt oddly calm. All the stress from before melted away as you could feel his heart beating slowly with yours. You felt comfortable. You felt safe. The hug never seemed to end but none of you minded.
He pulled away. You could still feel the warmth as you looked into his eyes. The moonlight from your window bought his beautiful features to light.
"I hope that was enough for you to not forget." Suga gave you the sweetest smile.
"Good luck on your assignment"
With that you opened your eyes just to find yourself on your bed. "That was a good dream." you stretched, the warmth and the pleasant fragrance still lingering around the air.
11:11pm
You worked on your assignments for hours just for you to miss a little heart drawn in the corner of your sheet.
