Ch. 10 : The Sword Bois and the Monke Boi

POV : 3rd

Jaune : "Oof !"

He grunts, as he drops to the ground right after receiving a punch in the face from Cardin. He then looks up at Cardin, who picks him up, and gives him another punch, dropping him to the ground once more, while his buddies laugh at him.

Cardin : "You know that wasn't the right choice, Jauney Boy." He says, before picking him up. "I'm gonna make sure they send you back to mommy in teeny, tiny bits."

Jaune : "I don't care... about what you do to me." He says, before glaring at Cardin. "You're not messing with my team, or my friends."

Cardin : "What, you think talk like that makes you tough ? You think you're a big, strong man now ?"

All Jaune does is smile, and chuckle quietly. Cardin, in an angry response, yells as he gives another punch to Jaune's face, but right as his fist made contact with Jaune's face, everyone was blinded by light. Jaune was dropped to the ground when the light died down, face looking fresh, while Cardin held his wrist in pain.

Jaune : "Huh...?" Jaune looks at his hands, to see a faint glow appear on each one before disappearing.

Cardin interrupts his confusion by kicking him to the ground from behind, before walking back in front of him. Jaune then glares at him.

Cardin : "Let's see how much of a man you really are."

Right before anyone does anything, a HUGE grimm growls and comes at them, probably due to that Sap stain still on Cardin's armor.

One of Cardin's buddies (I really don't know their names and don't care enough to look lol) : "That's a big Ursa !" He says, before running away with the others, leaving Cardin and Jaune behind.

Cardin, turning from big asshole to little bitch, is now shaking. He gets smacked right in the face, basically sort of shielding Jaune from it, while the Grimm completely ignores Jaune and goes right after Cardin, looking for the Sap. Cardin, being cornered, does the most logical thing ever, and pulls out his Executioner, but he was retarded enough to let the Ursa smack it away. The Ursa's growl is heard by Ruby and the others, who are not too far away but still far enough to not see what the fuck was going on.

Ruby : "Did you guys hear that ?"

Y/n suddenly feels like his precious Fumo was in immense danger.

Y/n : 'If I see even a string poking out of my fumo, I'm gonna kill whoever damaged it.' He says, tucking it in his jacket pocket deeper.

His train of thought was interrupted as one of Cardin's buddies passes by him, pushing him out of the way, that guy being Russel.

Y/n : '...asshole.'

Russel : "Ursa ! Ursa !"

He yells, looking behind him, before bumping right into Yang.

Yang : "What ?! Where ?!"

She says, holding him by his shirt. He then points behind him.

Russel : "Over there ! It's got Cardin !"

Pyrrha drops the jar of Sap that she had. She knew Jaune would be with Cardin, since he's always with him anyway, so her heart dropped when she heard Cardin was in danger, thinking Jaune was in that same situation.

Pyrrha : "Jaune !"

Ruby : "Yang ! You and Blake, go get Prof. Goodwitch ! Ren, Nora, go with them !" She says, as she and Pyrrha pull out their weapons. ( A/N : im gonna stop naming weapons since in my opinion it's kinda silly lol) "Y/n, just come with us. I know we'll need you."
