Wanda opened her arms to Maeve, but Maeve couldn't help but stare at the woman with pure wonder and adoration, stuck in her place on the floor.

Wanda laughed a little, "You gonna keep staring at me or do you want to cuddle and watch TV?" Maeve shakes herself from her distraction and lays down with Wanda. Wanda put her one arm under Maeve's head and her other around her waist. Maeve inhales the smell of vanilla and peaches, finding herself completely relaxed. "Wands can we watch Friends?"

Wanda smiles as she slightly squeezes Maeve's side, "Sure! I've only seen a few episodes here and there though."

Maeve sits up and gives Wanda a mock expression of hurt, "First you had never seen Silence of the Lambs and now you're telling me you have never watched Friends all the way through?!"

Wanda laughs at Maeve's little outburst, "I've seen a few episodes! Come on, just put it on already!"

Maeve returns Wanda's laugh, "Okay, fine, but we're starting with my favorite episode!"

While Maeve puts on the show Wanda gets up to grab some water from the kitchen. She hears the theme song playing and Maeve clapping along and smiles to herself thinking, "This girl is something else..." Wanda walks back to find Maeve moving the foot rest so they can prop their feet up. As Maeve sits back down, Wanda makes her way to the couch, "Which episode is your favorite?"

Maeve gives Wanda a sweet smile, "It's The One With the Prom Video!" Wanda scrunched her nose, excited by Maeve's enthusiasm, "You're cute when you smile like that.. What makes this one your favorite episode?"

Maeve's ears and cheeks started heating up at Wanda's compliment, "Uhh, this was the first episode my big sister showed me. Nat actually came into Macy's room like half through the episode, she picked me up and started tickling me. We all cuddled up in bed and I fell asleep in between them. It was awesome!" Wanda watched Maeve as she enjoyed her favorite show.

When Rachel finally kissed Ross, Maeve grabbed Wanda's hand out of pure excitement. "He was always there and waited for her to be ready, he didn't push her or anything. Don't get me wrong Ross is a total idiot for what he does in season 4 but we'll get there when we get there." Wanda squeezes Maeve's hand smiling and giggling at how adorable she was.

Maeve could feel the static electricity building in her hands, she looks at Wanda, scared she might hurt her. Wanda gives her a reassuring smile, "Everythings okay, just breathe with me for a few seconds." She listens, following Wanda's breathing, Maeve eventually feels her powers dissipate and is able to relax. She smiles, yet again at Wanda, "Thank you Wands, I really appreciate you."

With one cute little nose scrunch and a smile, Wanda tells Maeve, "I'm here for you, like I said earlier you don't have to learn alone." Maeve nods and they return their attention to the TV.

After a few episodes they found themselves tangled on the couch. Maeve had moved the footrest when she got up to use the bathroom, instead of putting it back she just curled up against Wanda. Wanda's head was in the armrest and her arms wrapped around Maeve with one hand stroking her hair and the other running up and down her back. Maeve laid her head on Wanda, her nose nuzzled into the woman's neck and intertwined their legs. She had one of her arms draped over Wanda's waist while the other was under Wanda's shoulder. Essentially, lying completely on top of the woman.

Wanda could tell Maeve had fallen asleep by the way her breathing evened out and how she was no longer laughing at the show. Wanda was able to reach the remote, so she turned the TV off.

A few hours later, Wanda woke up to Maeve holding on to her as if she was going to disappear. Maeve continued to hold on tighter and said, "No, stop, it, stop it, please."

Wanda notices Maeve starting to breathe heavily and thought to herself, "I'm only doing this once." Wanda, using her powers, began to read Maeve's mind.

Wanda saw herself, beaten down, being held back by a large contraption. She couldn't use her powers. Blood was coming from her mouth, as she screamed it dribbled down her chin. She heard Maeve's voice, "Let her go," but the contraption only pulled her arms back tighter. The dream shows Maeve standing in a power stance, she's trying to look at Wanda but an unknown voice comes through, "Why would I let her go? You care for her, eye for an eye, right?" Wanda hears herself scream Maeve's name. Maeve speaks up, her eyes are glowing grey this time, the air electrified around her, "I took nothing from you. You destroyed everything we had. Not me. Let her go." The voice responds with a scoff, "If I let her go, what do I get?" Maeve doesn't even take a second to answer, "Me." The voice, "You? And what would I do with you?" Maeve walks closer to the shadow, "Why don't you actually fight me, instead of harming someone that is innocent?"

The voice lets out a malicious laugh, and Wanda sees herself get kicked in the stomach and the contraption drops her to her knees. Maeve runs over to her side checking if she is alright. The voice speaks again, "You never answered my question little one, what would I do with you?" Maeve stands up, electricity sparking out of her hands, "Kill me, torture me, whatever gets you to leave her and the rest of my family alone."

Back in reality Wanda decides to change Maeve's dream. She places her hand on Maeve's temple, allowing her powers to enter the girl's head. She replaces the nightmare with a dream of the moment Maeve had given Girl Interrupted to her, but this time from her own point of view.

Wanda is sitting on Maeve's bed looking through the worn book. Running her hand over the notes seeing little sketches of hearts and brains. She thought about the places where this paperback book had traveled to and how many times it has been read.

Maeve offered Wanda the book and she got a sense of excitement.

Maeve loosened her grip on Wanda's waist, let out a content sigh with a small smile, and nuzzled Wanda's neck. Wanda thought to herself, "I won't do it again," and drifted off to sleep.
