"Vaise kaha se mili tumhe ye book?"

Aditi gave a sheepish smile to him.

"Wo....wo.."

She started to walk back and forth trying to answer him.

"Wo?"

Veer raised an eyebrow at her.

"Haan... Bookshop se aur kaha se milegi?"

Veer kept the coffee cup aside and observed her.

"Aditi tum jhoot bol nahi sakthi issliye koshish bhi mat karo and wo bhi mere saamne"

He had his hands inside his pockets looking at her teasingly. Aditi snorted and stuck her tongue at him making him chuckle.

"Veer tumhe pata haina ki how much i love reading books. And mujhe chain se neend bhi nahi aaoge jab mujhe ye nahi pata chaltha ki ending mein kya hua. Aur iss story toh adha adhura hi hai"

Veer tried to stop her ramble but she was not noticing him and started to blabber more making him sigh pitying himself.

"Mujhe jaan na hai ki kya hua uske baad. Mallika sach mein mar gayi hai kya? Agar haa toh Sumedh ka kya hoga? Yesha kaise hogi? Shayari aur Sunheri toh nahi hai usske paas. Riyaz aur Faisal ka kya hua? Kya Avneet sach mein spirit ban kar aayi thi? Agar Avneet mari hai toh Riyaz ka huya hoga? Sidashi ki shadi hua hai ya nahi? Debanya kaise hai? Mujhe kuch samaj nahi aa rahi....au tu-"

Aditi stopped herself from blabbering seeing Veer enjoying playing free-fire with his earpods so that he doesn't have to listen to her. Seeing the sight infront of her Aditi fumed in anger.

She went towards him and started beating him with the book.

"Arre arre kya kar rahi ho?"

Veer tried to defend himself still playing in the phone.

"Arre Aditi thoda der rukhna nahi toh ye banda mujhe maar daalega"  he started to run around the room trying to defend himself from the thupaaki (gun) running behind him and in the game.

"Man itne der se yaha kuch bol rahi hoon aur tumhe game ki padi hai" she started to beat him.

Suddenly he locked her in his embrace. His hands went through her and he kept his head on her shoulder he didn't mind it because he was playing the game still in the hugging position.

Aditi was shocked by his move. But she understood that he was playing the game behind her pushed him into the couch glaring at him keeping her hands on her hips.

"Ouch! Apni PATI ko aisa thakka lagana acchi baat nahi hai Mrs. Aditi Veer Nanda"

He said getting up rubbing his back.
"Aur apni PATNI ke saath aisa mazak karna accha baat nahi hai you Langoor face.

"Aditi!"

Veer whined like a child hearing the word langoor.

"Kya?"

She tried to melt at the sight infront of her.

"Pati hu tumhari"

"Toh?"

She asked rasing an eyebrow.

"Thoda respect?"

He asked her like he was asking for some water.
