TSUKISHIMA'S POV

It'd been about a week since I spoke to Hinata. I was still pretty shocked over what he said to me. It really wasn't like him to be so rude. Everything was fine before that morning, so I was confused. I really thought he was enjoying being around me, but maybe he just needs more time.

The week seemed to go by horribly slow, and Hinata was on my mind every single day of it. I was just glad the weekend finally made its way around, though I'd planned on spending it alone once again. It felt weird to be the only one in this apartment. Maybe he was right– I did feel alone without Yamaguchi, but that's not what made me want to be around him. The reality was I just missed him after all those years, but I wasn't about to tell him that.

I decided I should probably get out of bed once I realized it was already past noon. As I was stretching my legs my phone began to ring, and I saw Kuroo's name. I answered and couldn't get out a hello before I heard yelling.

"Tsukki! What's up man?!" He shouted.

"Okay one, stop yelling and two, don't call me that. What do you need Kuroo?" I asked.

"I was just making sure you're still tagging along for the talk show tonight. We're having a get together later on at the house," he explained.

"Talk show? I wasn't aware that I'd been invited."

I saw them mention it a few times on their Instagram, but no one ever said anything to me. Maybe he assumed that Hinata asked me to come along.

"Oh yeah. Shoyo said he was gonna tell you. Maybe he forgot. We're on the late show, so we'll be going on at nine. It'd mean a lot to him if you showed up, so I'll send you the address," he said.

"I'm not sure I can ma-" I was cut off immediately.

"Don't lie. You have nothing to do. I expect you to be here dude. See ya later!"

Just like that he hung up, and I groaned out of frustration. I looked down at my phone and saw he sent the address along with what to do once I got there. I decided I better go. After all, he wasn't wrong about me having nothing to do, and if it really meant that much to Hinata then it'd be in my best interest to show up. Once again, I'd have to make a long drive, so I needed to get ready immediately. Since it was a talk show I dressed up a little, and I knew to bring extra clothes because they won't let me drive late.

I ate a small meal and did everything I need to. I made sure I'd have everything I needed for the weekend before heading out. The drive felt longer than it really was, and it was rather silent. I made it Tokyo around eight and went to the building Kuroo sent me. I was escorted to their dressing room. The security guard knocked and informed them that I was here, then I was let in after a few moments. All the same people were here, with the addition of Ushijima, Akaashi and Miyu. I hadn't seen her since graduation, but it was no surprise she was there. She and Hinata were very attached in school, even more so than he and that bastard Kageyama.

"Oh hey Tsukishima! Long time no see!" Miyu walked up to me, "you're waaaay hotter than you were back in your third year."

          "Umm thanks," I laughed awkwardly.

"No need to be so weird. Just being friendly is all," she lightly punched my arm, "so where's Yams?"

Hinata cleared his throat, and I looked over to see him looking rather upset. I didn't know if it was what she said or me being there that brought about this face, but I definitely didn't like it.
