Chapter 5-The first lesson

Jinsoul[POV]:

Great, its my first 'tuition' with Jung Eun today, Jinsoul thought.

It was a Wednesday, and Jinsoul was having tuition lessons with Jung Eun.

She felt that having the tuitions lessons were unimportant, so she decided to arrive at the library at a later time.

Jung Eun[POV]:

Jung Eun was waiting in the library for Jinsoul. She looked at the time on her watch and thought, "It is already 2.15pm, she should have been here by 2!"

Just at this moment, Jung Eun saw a tall girl walking towards her.

It was Jinsoul.

"Why are you so late, you were supposed to be here 15 minutes ago!" Jung Eun asked.

"Oh sorry, I was bored so I played basketball with my friends, and then I forgot about this stupid 'tuition' thing." Jinsoul replied restlessly.

"This is not stupid, its for your learning!" Jung Eun said angrily.

"Ok ok, gosh you really sound like my mum, anyway just give the answers for..."

Jinsoul was then cut off when Jung Eun took of her glasses as there was a bit of dust on it.

When Jung Eun was cleaning her glasses for a few seconds, Jinsoul was in shock.

She thought: Wow, she looks so pretty without her big glasses on! 

A little red blush was then formed on her face, but she hid it immediately when Jung Eun asked her a question.

"Jinsoul, are you doing your work? You have been staring into space for quite some time, do you need any help?" Jung Eun asked.

"Um no," Jinsoul replied, and they continued doing their work.

After seconds seemed like minutes and minutes seemed like hours, it was finally time for them to go home.

Before they went on their own ways, Jinsoul mustered up the courage and asked, "Hey Jung Eun, can I have your number?"

When Jinsoul asked that question, Jung Eun's heart immediately stopped.

She thought: Is she asking me for my number? A few months ago she was teasing me for having weird glasses, and now she's asking for my number? I must be dreaming!

She pinched herself to confirm that she was not dreaming and that she was indeed in reality.

She then replied, "Sure!" And then they exchanged their numbers.

A few hours later, Jung Eun's phone had a notification.

Jinsoul: Hi, this is Kim Jung Eun's number right?

Jung Eun: Yes, hello.

Jinsoul: Hi! Tomorrow, do you want to study again? I feel that I need more revision for the upcoming examinations.

Jung Eun: Sure, meet at the library at 2?

Jinsoul: Ok, see you tomorrow!

Jung Eun switched off her phone. She was smiling happily when she knew that she could hang out with the person she wanted.

Jinsoul finally got Jung Eun's number. How will things go from here?
