Ji Eun POV

So, I met this cute girl today that transferred to our class today. She said that her name was Y/N, but I didn't get a chance to talk to her today. Maybe some other day?

Flashback

"Hello everyone, I am Y/N. I will be studying here starting today. Let's all be friends," she said.

Her hair covered her side of the face, making it look small. It wasn't long but it wasn't short as well. It was around shoulder length. Her outfit looked good on her, even though she was wearing the same uniform as others.

Her smile makes my heart flutter every time. The way she helped when her deskmate's pencil fell and how she explained the answer to her deskmate when she didn't get a problem correct. I wish it was me. I was distracted but let me enjoy it while it lasts.

I got home and decided to watch T.V. after I change. But mom called me as soon as I finished and asked me to go to the supermarket to get a few things. I was really tired from all the things at school. Not to mention that I didn't get to talk to Y/N. In all the fanfictions I read, the new girl sits with who she would later get together with but she didn't sit with me. So we won't get together I guess. I don't know why but I really liked her. Her smile, her voice, literally everything about her. Now that I mention it, the way she talks is a little bit off but of course, I don't mind. She is perfect in my eyes. I know I am acting like a lovesick girl but I am hopelessly romantic.

"Ji Eun, you should hurry before they run out of ingredients like last time."

Mom's shouting brought me back to reality. I still had to go to the supermarket! I totally forgot about it while daydreaming about Y/N. I should hurry up if I want dinner tonight.

I was walking down the street when I saw a familiar face. It was none other than Y/N! I guess this is my chance to talk to her.
