Hello everyone! Welcome to my sixth original novel and my fifth published novel on Wattpad. This is a book that I'm really proud of, my favorite one so far, and I hope that you all enjoy it as much as I did.

This story was inspired by real life, inspired by a girl I met in my dance class over the summer, who, unfortunately, I did not keep in touch with after the summer ended. Many of the original novels I've written so far are love letters of a sort, to express to a person how I see (or saw) them, and while the crush I had on this girl was brief, her influence on my life took shape in a much more substantial way, and I'd like to thank her for that, even though I'll probably never see her again and she'll probably never see this message, either.

I don't believe in coming out. I don't think my sexuality is a big deal, something that everyone needs to know, but for the record: I actually am not sure yet. All I know is that I like girls as much as I like boys, and if that changes the way you see me or changes the respect you put in me, you aren't worth my attention anyway. But since this world demands a coming out moment from us queers, here is my coming out moment. I'm a girl. I like girls. I also like boys. I won't tell you exactly why I deserve rights and your respect, because I know that if I have to explain that to you, I don't want to have to do anything with you, anyways. And if you have a problem with my sexuality? I couldn't care less.

This is me. This is my soul. This is my everything. If it's ugly, that's because it's real. If it's messy, that's because it's real. If it's confusing, that's because it's real. If it's also beautiful, that's because it's real. I wouldn't want to be any less than real.

I hope you enjoy this book.
