[Scene] A Pandorian village. It appears empty. The giggles of two young children fill the air, beautiful melodies echoing through the void. Occasionally a panda ray passes by. The children appear humanoid.

"Ayla? Ayla, where did you go?" Umbra's worried voice echoed, eventually merging with the melodies. Their hair was purple with streaks of orange and red. Their skin was [S/C] with flecks of white, along with white markings on their forearms.
The area began to glow, Umbra beginning to be genuinely scared. If it was Ayla creating the light, they would strangle him. He knew they hated bright lights.
"Boo!" A light skinned boy with blue-ish purple hair crept up on Umbra.
Umbra twisted around to confront him. "Never scare me like that again, and never do the light trick!" Small tears of magma appeared in the corner of Umbra's eyes. Ayla quickly wiped them away, smiling apologetically.
"Sorry, I forgot. I'll try remember for next time."
"Fine.." Umbra mumbled, still frustrated with their best friend. But he was so happy, so bouncy... it was impossible to stay mad at him for long. They giggled then tapped Ayla on his shoulder.
"You're it!" They ran off through the crystals, Ayla close behind.

Dear diary,
I miss Ayla so much. It has been centuries since I last saw him. And Pandoria, my beloved home... I was told I could never return. Tomorrow Fripp is allowing me to use the keystone to see where Anne (a girl I have never met) is. I can only hope that he will allow me to keep it... but just a few moments in Pandoria will be enough for me. I should probably head to sleep, I've already recalled my last time with Ayla alone three times tonight. I'll see you tomorrow evening. Thank you for keeping my secrets...
