Home, a Real Home at Last

We went back home, with three new faces

Hadrian's POV

When we landed from apparating, we were in a garden, a beautiful garden. There were forests everywhere you looked, almost. There was a huge manor, the entrance to it from the garden was in a greenhouse that went to a parlor. We walked through the parlor and into a huge entrance/ waiting room. Our parents went into a hallway and we quickly joined them. As we got closer I was able to see multiple auras in a circular room. We went past that room and went up a flight of stairs and in front of us were two big double doors. We went through the doors and we're in a huge library, with so many bookshelves.

We all sat in three tiny circles in different spots in the library. I was really nervous because, well, It's not every day that you meet your lost parents that are the potions master/teacher and the 'dark lord'. Professor Snape, papa, or dad?; I don't know what I should call him, but he made the first move. He scooted closer to me and hugged me, and again I flinched but quickly hugged back to avoid suspicion. I knew he felt it, but I didn't want Tom Riddle, father, dad, whatever I decide to call him probably saw it, because he carefully swept my hair away and hugged me, once again carefully.

we separated and we talked for a while, mostly about Hogwarts and just trying to get to know each other better, the topic of home life was avoided when it was mentioned. I told them my favorite thing to do, which was not going on dangerous stunts. Its actually reading, I love reading, my favorite one being -Potions: A Guide -. I think I saw a glint of in Sna-papa's when I said that. It's been two hours so we all got together again and said that we were going down for dinner with some of To-father's inner circle (basically his closest friends). I didn't feel so nervous as I did before, we went down the stairs and approached the doors that lead to that circular room.

Our parents opened the door and there were bean bags on both sides of a dinner table that would be able to hold more than 27 people. Of course, there were going to be other people, I knew that. S-papa lead me to my seat while Sirius was taking Harmony to her seat, and Bellatrix led Nevan to his seat. I was seated right next to my father, papa was in front of me, Draco was next to me, with his parents in front of him. Bellatrix was next to Mrs. Malfoy and Nevan next to Draco. Then Sirius and Remus were next to Bellatrix and Harmony next to Navan. Next to Harmony was Pansy. Next to her was Blaise, then Theo, and then there were other people that I didn't recognize.

There was food at the table and I try to eat some of it. I managed to eat half of what everyone else had. Once everyone was done the plates at the table disappeared and everyone else sat up. I followed my parents and they said to me, Harmony, and Nevan to follow them. We did and we got to three separate doors, with empty nameplates. My parents said to pick anyone one of the doors to pick a room. I picked the room closer to my parents, Harmony's room was next to mine, and Nevan's room was next to Harmony's.

There was a crawlspace in each of our rooms that lead to a secret room where we can meet together. My bedroom color scheme was a deep forest green and gold, I had my own bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a wardrobe. All three of our rooms were big, maybe 2 to 3 big bedrooms together. Nevan's room had a study and a tiny garden. Harmony's room had a study as well as a library. In my room, I had a library, a study, and a blank room. The blank room was divided by what its purpose was, one side of the room had muggle musical instruments and the other had various art supplies (both muggle and magical).

             Well after checking out the room, I changed into Dudley's old clothes and went into the huge bed that was provided in the room. Once done, I turned off the lights and slithered into the green covers, falling asleep as soon as my head hit the soft gold pillows.

POV-Harmony

             I had no idea my parents weren't the Grangers but Remus and Sirius, not even mentioning Sirius is alive. But it made sense that they would be neutral or 'dark'. Remus has to follow laws made just for werewolves, I don't think they should follow most of the laws because they're kinda stupid. Sirius would follow his cousins and his Husband to whatever side they wanted to be on. Maybe he found about Dumbledore's manipulation across the world before school ended or right after. 

             But back to the present, we were in the Libary, just catching up with each other. I wasn't all that worried because I knew my parents better than the other two. Har- Hadrian and Nevan barely know theirs because of rumors about them. We talked for two hours and went down for food, this was where I began to get nervous because there were other people that I didn't know. Sirius must've noticed because he grabbed my hand over-exaggerated leading to our chairs, which helped just a bit. The left off my seat was Nevan and the right to me was Pansy. Pansy is the crush that I had for about 2-3 years. I was able to control the blush that dared try to show on my face. But I guessed my dad saw because he smirked.

             After dinner, which lasted an hour of not trying to blush because of my crush our parents lead us to three different rooms with empty name-plates. Our parents, at the same time, said "pick whichever room you want". Nevan went for the first one on the left while I went to the middle and Hadrian was already at the door on the right next to his parent's door. Once we explored our rooms, we said night to our parents, Nevan and Hadrian a bit hesitant to hug their parents, while I just hug mine. We went into our respective rooms and got ready for bed. After getting ready, I slipped into my bedsheets and fell asleep in two-three minutes. 

POV-Nevan

             Bellatrix is my mother... to say I am nervous is a bit of an understatement. I was more afraid than anything. we separated in the library so we can learn more about each other, well in Herm-Harmony's situation, catch up. for two hours Bellatrix and I were learning about each other. I told her about my love for Herbology, and she told me her love for Defence Against the Dark Arts. I told her about my Hogwarts years and she told me of hers. After two hours my afraid went to uneasy. Uneasy because we had dinner with Harr--Hadrian's father's friends. I knew almost no one there, the only ones I knew (other than Hadrian and Harmony) were Blaise, Pansy, Theo, and Draco. At least I was in the middle of Draco and Harmony.

             We soon were done with dinner and we made our way to the bedrooms, our parents said to pick any of the rooms that weren't taken. Hadrian was the first to pick, he went to the closest door to him, which was next to his parent's room. Harmony and I went to the other two rooms that were next to Hadrian's, Harmony in the middle and I to the left. We explored the rooms and came back to say good night. Harmony went straight to her parents while Hadrian and I were hesitant to hug our parents but we did after a minute. I carefully went up to my mom and hugged her, she hugged me back, just a bit tighter. I said goodnight and we let go of our hug. I retreated to my room slowly and closed the door. I got ready to go to bed and I slide into the warmth of the bedsheets and dozed off to my dreams.
