13 - The Restraining Order

15 minutes later. Dylan arrives at the police station. Calls Louis on the phone.

*The following is the conversation between Louis and Dylan*

Louis: Hey babe.

Dylan: Hey baby. I'm at the police station. Give me a second.

Louis: Okay.

Dylan walks up to the counter. (Officer) How can I help you today? (Dylan) I would like to talk to someone about filing a restraining order. (Officer) Who are you filing a restraining order against? (Dylan) First name: Harry. H-A-R-R-Y. Last name: S-T-Y-L-E-S. (Officer) What's your name? (Dylan) Dylan. D-Y-L-A-N. Green. G-R-E-E-N. (Officer) Okay, I'll let someone know that you're here. They should be with you in a few. (Dylan) Thank you. Dylan sits down and talking to Louis.

Dylan: Now we just play the waiting game. I gave the officer Harry's name and everything.

Louis: Let's just hope that we get this guy away from us.

Dylan: We will I promise!

(Officer) Dylan Green.

Dylan: Let's do this.

Dylan walks with the officer to a room and they have a talk. (Dylan) Before we start, I do have my fiance on the phone so hope that's okay because he wants to tell his side of the story. (Officer) That's absolutely fine. And what's your fiance's name? (Dylan) Louis. L-O-U-I-S. Tomlinson. T-O-M-L-I-N-S-O-N. (Officer) Okay. So I understand you want to file a restraining order against Harry Styles. Is that correct? (Dylan) Yes sir. (Officer) Is that correct Mr. Tomlinson? (Louis) Yes sir. (Officer) So Mr. Green, why don't I hear your side of the story first and then we'll get to Mr. Tomlinson's side of the story. (Dylan and Louis) Okay. (Dylan) So, Harry has harassed Louis. We have a son together and he wanted to take our son away from us and won't leave us alone. I've told Harry over and over and over again to leave Louis and I alone but he keeps showing up at our doorstep and asking where Louis is because he's at work. (Officer) Thank you, Mr. Green. (Dylan) You're welcome. (Officer) Mr. Tomlinson, I want you to tell me your side of the story. (Dylan) Louis, I'm always here if you need any help with anything you have trouble explaining. I won't let you go through this alone. (Louis) Harry won't leave me or Dylan alone. He's been trying so hard to get Freddie away from my family. He keeps showing up at our doorstep unannounced and tries to take Freddie out for a walk or do something with him. But I feel like we don't get enough family time together because of Harry. And I don't want him anywhere near me, Dylan, Freddie or my family because I just want to focus on my family. I love Dylan with everything in my heart. I'm at work and I keep getting text messages from Dylan saying that Harry showed up and looking for Freddie and I. Freddie and Dylan are home all the time but I'm not because every single penny that is in my paycheck is going towards to support my family. I love my family more than everything else in this world. So I want to file this restraining order because I'm done with him disturbing my family. (Officer) Thank you, Mr. Tomlinson. Let me finish up here talk with Mr. Green and I will tell him to tell you once we're finished here. (Louis) Thank you so much, Officer! (Officer) You're very welcome! Have a good rest of your day. (Louis) I will Thank you! (Dylan) Louis, I will call you when we're done here. (Louis) Okay. (Dylan) I love you. (Louis) I love you more. 

Louis hangs up.

A couple of hours later.

Dylan calls his handsome guy.

*The following is the conversation between Dylan + Louis*

Louis: Hello?

Dylan: Hi babe.

Louis: Well? What happened after I got off the phone with you?

Dylan: We talked it all out and then he stepped out to talk to his partner about the restraining order and the process of how to file it. He came back in the room and I signed a piece of paper, they didn't need your signature because you're the victim of this. 

Louis: Do we have the restraining order against Harry?

Dylan: Baby, Harry is gonna get no where near us because we got the restraining order! If he comes up to the doorstep, the cops will just take him away. There will be a cop in our driveway.

Louis: Okay. 

Dylan: I just want to keep you + our son safe. I don't want anything to happen to you guys. You both are my world and my family. Not gonna let anyone hurt you, not while I'm around. 

Louis: I got to get back to work. I'll see you + Freddie when I get home.

Dylan: Alright baby. I love you.

Louis: I love you more

Louis hangs up. 

Louis heads home and relaxes with his guy and his son for the rest of the night.
