Santiago's POV:-
One year later...
"Cara! Hurry up! We're gonna get late!" I said as I put on my suit and walked into our shared bedroom.
"Ugh! Five minutes! I'm struggling to do my eyeliner" she complained and concentrated on the mirror. I couldn't help but sneak behind her and wrap my arms around her waist before nuzzling into her neck.
"You know, you're not helping" she whinnied as I started to leave soft neck kisses on her neck. I smirked against her skin before looking at her through the mirror.
"What do you mean? Of course, I'm helping. By giving you my affection" I winked before going back to nuzzling into her neck, "No... You're distracting me" she said as she turned around to face me.
"Then be distracted" I eyed her as her cheeks got flushed red. She looks so beautiful that for a moment, I forgot that we even have a meeting to attend.
"You look gorgeous, by the way," I complimented as my eyes travelled from bottom to the top of her body," why, Thank you" she chuckled and bow down a little like the queen she is.
"Alright, let's go. I don't want to get any later for our company's first project together" She exclaimed and started to walk out of the room.
"Cara, wait" I gripped her wrist and pulled her close to me. Utterly close to me. I cleared my throat as we stared into each other's eyes," Now, that both of the companies are on good terms... And we are dating for a year now...also, I was thinking about this lately"
"Hmmm... What is it?" She asked, curiously as she placed her hand on my chest.
"What do you say about a... Wedding?"
"Santiago Torres, Are you trying to propose to me?" She asked, teasingly and I couldn't help but smirk at her.
"Is the answer is yes?"
"No"
"What?"
"I said no. You wanna hear it in Spanish or something?" She asked sarcastically and I pouted at her, "why?" I asked, sounding a bit desperate.
"Because you don't watch anime with me"
This girl!
Before I could burst at her, she started laughing at me and kissed my cheek whilst coiling her arms around my neck, "not today but... Someday" she peaked my lips and walked off the room.
Maybe not today, pretty little thing but one day I'll make you completely mine in front of everyone and you won't be able to say no... That's a promise.
