There are some 

things in life

we do not

want to do,

and we struggle

and struggle.

Darling,

I know how hard 

it is,

and I know how

exhausted you are -

I will not lie

and say things

will get easier.

You will 

get stronger.

It's only a matter of 

time and effort.

Fall in love

with the difficult things,

in the same way

you love the sun

warming your face,

or the rain trickling

down your windows.

It doesn't make the sun 

less hot

or the rain

less cold,

but it's easier

to feel.

Please,

do not let go of everything.

Especially not

yourself. 

find it in your heart to love yourself, unconditionally.
