A1 - 03 ; he, who must not be named

REGULUS

"I don't quite understand why I'm here, sir." Regulus said nervously, knowing that rumours spread fast around the castle. "Oh, don't worry mister Black, you're not in trouble of any sort. Tea?" Dumbledore smiled softly. "No thank you." Regulus politely smiled, though it felt like he was sneering instead. "I'm sorry for your loss, miss Selamat." Dumbledore sighed softly as he sat down. Though Dewi didn't look like she was sad.

"I'm not- not happy about my father's death, if that's what you're implying." Dewi said with a stern face, though it was quite clear that she was upset. "I've only came because Indah and Olivia had a close relationship with him, and because they would love a head's up." She added. "You've truly changed, Dewi." Dumbledore nodded understandingly. "Of course I did, the last time you saw me, I was four." She answered, and Regulus was simply shocked at her bravery. This is Albus Dumbledore, not some old friend of her.

But Dumbledore didn't look phased, he wasn't shocked or offended. "Yes, yes... Yohanes. Talented boy, he is."

"Don't think that I'm naive, Dumbledore. You sold my brother away for your reputation." Dewi hissed, though Dumbledore stayed calm. "I'm sure that there's a slight misunderstanding between us, miss Selamat." Said Dumbledore calmly. "Now, I'm sure that professor McGonnagall will arrive with your sisters soon." And just as if on cue, the doors opened. "Dewi! Apakah terjadi?" One girl cried.

Dewi, what happened?

The two girls were quite similar yet different. One had black silky hair with a tan skin, while the other had curly brown hair and the light freckles on her face were visible.

"Indah, bapak meninggal." Dewi announced softly, bringing her sister into a hug. (Indah, father had passed.) The little girl sobbed, clutching her older sister's clothes. The other girl with curly brown hair, who Regulus assumed to be Olivia, stood there dumbfounded. It was clear that she didn't understand the language her two sisters are speaking.

"Our father had passed away, Olivia." She coldly translated. It's harsh, and it unfortunately reminded Regulus of home. Specifically, of his mother.

"He isn't your brother anymore, Regulus." His mother said coldly.

Everything was much more clear to Regulus.

Olivia was placed in the same position that Regulus were in a few months ago.

OLIVIA was neglected, it was no secret. And Regulus had found himself walking Olivia to her dorm. "Black-" "You can call me Regulus, I think you've gone through enough today." Regulus offered her a smile, which made her return the smile. "I don't think my sisters like me." She honestly confessed. "I know how that feels." Regulus chuckled. "But, someday, you'll learn that they're wrong for not liking you, Olivia. You're a beautiful girl, inside and out." He immediately added when he saw her sad expression.

"Yeah.. girl." She muttered gloomily. Regulus noticed her gloomy expression. "I mean, handsome boy." He smiled. Olivia's frown quickly turned into a smile. "I have no idea yet. But I want my new name to be similar to my old one." He smiled shyly. "I mean there's always... Oliver? Maybe you can use that for now." He suggested. Oliver nodded enthusiastically.

"I'm still sorry for your loss, it must be hard for you. I heard you had a good relationship with him." Regulus looked at the ground, hands in his pocket. "I don't know him, but I'm sure he acts a lot like you." Oliver nodded slowly, before saying, "He wasn't a great dad to my sisters. He left them and their mum when their mum was pregnant with Indah. My dad left them for my mother, a Dutch descended woman. And knowing the history between the two countries... not one of them took it well. Except Yohanes and Filipus." He explained. "But I'm very grateful for him. When my sisters sent me nasty looks, he would distract me and offer to do something that I would enjoy." He continued, and Regulus listened to every word he said, and Oliver will forever be grateful for that.
