Six days till the escape

Anna and Leia, we're currently babbling about the most ridiculous things. It was just like how things used two be when they were younger. The girl with blonde hair couldn't help but smile warmly at Leia hearing her imagination take her on.

"Leia, " Anna interrupted her fantasy story, "Do you really think flying carpets can be possible?"

The brunette giggled, shaking her head, "Of course not Anna. Only in fairy tales. You're old enough to know that."

She let out a harsh exhale, "I know. What if something like that could be possible? You know none of us has seen the outside world."

Leia bit the inside of her lip in hesitation. She knows there is no outside world safe for them to live in. The girl forgot that Anna had no idea yet. She was determined to keep her clueless for as long as she could.

"Leia?" Anna waved her hand in front of her as she seemed to be lost in thought.

The girl hiccuped, "O- Oh! Sorry. I was thinking about something." Leia mumbled.

Anna lifted an eyebrow, "Oh? About lover boy~?" She teased.

Leia shook her head waving her arms, "No..." She tried to think of a solution fast to cover up her tracks. Then last night instantly hit her. "Norman." The girl looked down slowly, placing her hands on her knees.

"Norman?" Anna echoed, "What about him."

"Well..." She began but was interrupted.

"Leia. We need you."

The two girls looked up to meet with none other than Ray himself. Anna frowned. He interrupted them every time with something 'important'. This began to make Anna grow skeptical of her best friend. Leia let out a huff and stood up to brush off her skirt. Anna watched her raise and smiled kindly hiding how she felt.

"I will be okay. You two have fun!" Anna wave.

This made Ray instantly stiffen but slowly relaxed as his ears grew red. Leia hummed wondering what was wrong.

"You okay?" She consulted.

Ray brushed it off and took her wrist, "Y– Yeah let's get going."

This concerned her. Ray rarely stuttered. Anna was meanwhile left alone. She watched her friend take off with her so-called lover and couldn't help but to feel something. She felt rather furious. Her hands slowly curled into a fist as they then trembled.

"I was just getting her back. Every time he takes her." Anna dropped her head in misery.

I hate him.

Everyone met up by the old water well pump. Ray let go of her wrist once they made it to the spot. Don watched the two and smirked sheepishly.

Leia's mouth hung open as she watched him grin stupidly. "You idiot." She hissed, shaking her head.

"Huh?" Emma asked not understand what was going on.

"So, " Ray began, stopping the hissy fit that was unnecessary. "Let's go over the plan."

The girl with violet eyes was instantly lost. Did they not include me in an important meeting? The last meeting I remembered was a completely useless one. If anything Ray should have discussed this in private.
