A/N: This chapter was quite fun to write!! I got to show a new side of Leia and I loved fleshing out her personality. It shows how she just isn't this simple sweet girl.

Leia's POV

Slowly my eyes open to the bright light of the room. I hissed slowly getting up and removing my covers. A low yawn escapes my lips as I rub my eye. I turn to see Norman still in bed. He seemed to flinch and tossed and turned slightly.

He must be having a nightmare.

I remove the blankets laying on top of me and walk a few steps to his bed. My hand gently places on his shoulder as I shake him.

"Norman," I say. That didn't seem to wake him up so I shook him a bit harder, "Wake up."

Soon his blue eyes were reflected as his eyes fluttered open. He groaned as he then rested his forearm on his head, "I had a nightmare."

"Hmm, I thought so. Was it about the house?" I asked, sitting down on his bed.

The snowy-haired kid sat up, "Yeah, we were all escaping. And well..." Norman dragged out, causing me to be concerned. "You all died. Red roses." He breathed out shaky running his hand through his hair.

I smiled weekly, "I have similar nightmares like that. I dealt with them every night. Now they've just become an occasion." I shrugged.

"That must have been horrid. Anyway, let's go down to the kitchen." He slowly sat up and took the cover off him. The two of us then begin to walk down the hall. It was quite silent between us. The floor creaking with each step we took and the faint kids laughing downstairs broke the silence.

We then reached the staircases and started to go down. That's when I heard him stop on a step. I just started at the step ahead of me waiting for him to speak up.

"Does the image of a dying loved one ever get out of your head, Leia?" Norman asked in a rough voice.

Oh, I know that all too well. I just shook my head, "If you think about it, it's implanted in your brain until you let go of it. So in other words, not for a very long time." I finished then headed down the stairs myself leaving Norman there by himself as he collected his thoughts.

I made the rest of the way to the kitchen myself. That must have been his first nightmare about the house. So of course he is shaken up. Suddenly I felt arms wrapped around my waist. He placed his head on my shoulder as he buried my face in my neck, "Morning, Leia." Ray muttered.

"Morning, Ray." I hummed.

"What took you so long this morning?" He asked pulling away.

My eyes shifted to Norman entering the kitchen area. Ray then looked over, following my eyes.
