Chapter 14 - oh god

Y/n POV

Well just fuck me in the ass, I was walking to class when I ran into some 6th years, "watch it" one of them said

"Jeez are all of you stuck up" I said
"No but you seem pretty stuck up yourself, what's your name?" He said looking at me weird

"That's non of your business now if your excuse me I will be going to class now" I said walking away, 'god why do I even like guys maybe I'll date a girl for a bit while I figure stuff out' I thought to myself

I walk into class and sit down, there's barely anyone in here so I just sat wherever it was around 8:30am so most people are at breakfast but this one person walked in I don't know them

I walk up to them "hi I'm y/n" I say with a little wave "hi I'm Ireland nice to meet you" she said "damn that's a cool name it's nice to meet you to Ireland" and with that the bell rang "do you wanna sit with me I don't really have many friends" she asked scratching the back of her neck

"Sure why not" I said grabbing my books and sitting down next to her and people just started flowing in

Harry POV

"Hey Ron who's that girl sitting next to y/n?" I ask "I don't know you can go up and ask her" he saids lifting his head off his desk

"Yea I'll do that" I say as I get up and walk over "hey y/n who's this?" I ask "oh hey man this is Ireland" she saids as she looks at her "I'm assuming you know who he is" she says gesturing to me

"Yea I do it's nice to meet you though" she said, I look at her "you as well" I said as I walked away 'was that to harsh' I think to myself, I sit back down at my desk

"You ok?" Ron asks

"Yea I'm fine let it go" I answered

After class
Y/n POV

I'm walking to the great hall with Hermione and she turns to me "who's the girl you were talking to" she asks me "why?" I say

"Just wondering" she saids "she's a friend" I said and started walking faster, we enter the hall and sit down

"This might be a normal day" i say knocking on wood "maybe" Harry said
"Ok that's it" I said sternly "what?" They say at the same time

"Ever since a made a new friend you have all been acting weird" I said "what no we haven't" Hermione said
I laughed "bullshit" I said getting up

"Where are you going" Ron asked

"Out" I said and walked out

Hermione s pov

I watch as y/n leaves "we may have been a little harsh" I said they both nod at me "we should apologize" Ron saids

"Later" Harry saids looking pissed "what's your problem" I ask

"I have no problem" he saids

"Yea sure whatever you say anyway I'm going to go see Hagrid" I said "ok we'll come to" Ron saids

Y/n POV
I walk out pissed so I go to a tree and just sit there "I should have gotten a book damn" I said to myself

"Mind if I sit" someone said, I jump a bit "sorry I scared you" I see it's Ireland "oh hey it's all good you can sit"

"Awesome" she says sitting down next to me "why?" I ask

"Hm? What do you mean why?" She asks me "why do you wanna be my friend" I ask

"Well there's lots of reasons like you your nice but can be feisty, you put other people before yourself, etc" she saids with a smile

"Thanks I needed that" I said smiling back "I never did ask you what house are you in?" I ask all of a sudden she looks scared "I'm a Slytherin" she said nervously

"What about you?" She asked "Gryffindor" I said as I put my hand on her shoulder and she looks up at me

"I really should get going" she saids getting up "wait!" I yell and she turns around "what's up" she asked "well I was wondering if you wanted to hang out later" I ask scratching the back of my neck

"Sure it's a date" she saids and turns and walks away as I'm standing there a blushing mess "date" I whisper to myself

Time skip in the tower

"Hermione! Come with me now!" I yell running up the stairs and she follows me leaving the other to speechless

What! Is everything ok?!" She asked worried "everything is perfect!" I said "really how?" She asked me "well you see I may or may not have a date later" I say

"A what!" She yells "keep your voice down" I say "sorry but I thought you liked Harry?" She asked me holy crap I forgot about him "as a friend plus doesn't he have a thing for some other girl" I say

She sighs "well I guess your right but you should tell him instead of him finding out on his own" she saids "yea your right I'll do that now see you mione" I say "see yea"

"Hello persons" I say "hey y/n" Harry saids "can we talk please" I said "in private"

"Sure" he says As we walk outside "what up" he speaks "well um I have a date later tonight" I said

Harry POV

"Well I'm i have a date later tonight" she says and I feel my stomach sink to my feet "oh well good for you" a mange to say without sounding sad

"Thanks" she said smiling brightly I'm happy for her really but I'm not going to ignore that fact that it still hurts

"Well I sure go get ready I'll see you later yea?" She asks "yea you will see yea" and with that she left as I walk back inside

"What was that about" Ron asked me "she's got a date" I said "oh sorry mate that sucks" he saids

"Yep well I'm going to my room see you" I said "we share the same room jackass" he yelled up at me
