Clay awoke in a unfamiliar cold space. He sprung open his eyes and noticed the black void that used to be the forest.

"Where the hell am I?!" He shouted into the darkness.

A shadow emerged from the darkness. He looked shorter then Clay.

He looked exactly like what George had described the boy to look like.

"Hello," he said.

Two other figures approached behind him.

One looked practically the same as Clay, except he had white hair, exactly like the boy.

The third figure was a girl.

She had brown hair, similar to George's, and blue eyes. She looked probably as old as Drista. He hair about a foot or two length.

"Hello Clay," the girl bowed her head. The man just nodded his head.

"Who are you?" Clay asked. The boy shook his head and looked to the girl.

"I'm Heather," she simply stated.

It was like those two words clicked something in his brain together.

Heather Davidson

"Heather Davidson?" Clay asked. The girl nodded and looked back to the boy.

"I'm Clay. Your younger self. This is your older self," he said, the last sentence pointing to the man.

"Wait..so that means.."

"Yes. You knew my brother as children. From 8 years old to 13 years old." The girl stated.

Clay nodded as facts hit him straight in the head.

"And Clay? Don't leave George alone," the man- older Clay- finally spoke up. His voice raspy, as if he cried too much.

Leave George alone..?

"Clay! Don't tell him things!"

"What does he mean?" The present Clay spoke up.

"Just, Don't leave George. I know you love him, and don't hide those feelings. And Sapnap can't be trusted."

Those words confused Clay even more, but he said nothing. Heather moved closer and rested a hand on his shoulder.

"Wake up."

Clay forced hisself awake and noticed how the campfire was still burning.

His eyes traveled from his left to his right and saw everyone asleep. Everyone but Sapnap.

"Morning," Sapnap sighed, not looking up from the fire.

Clay remembered what the man said, and said nothing.

His eyes darted to George who was sleeping peacefully right next to him.

It was like a light in his brain, and that light was turned on, revealing something he didn't know he had.

A sister, a friend, and a 'traitor'

He closed his eyes and fell back against the tree.

"Sapnap, tell me, why did you come with us?"

"I don't know?" Sapnap shrugged his shoulders, clearly hiding something.

"Sapnap. Tell me," Clay growled. Sapnap shrunk down at the sudden change of tone.

"Fine. I killed a girl named Heather and I'm somehow still on the run," Sapnap confessed with a stone cold face and tone.
