Boneyard

I've been woken by the bright sun going through the curtain. The heat going through my face and body making me tilt my head to the side trying to find the shadow to go back to a deep slumber. But the sound of the birds chirping a beautiful melody made me open my eyes in amazement. I love birds.

I look to my right and see Sarah peacefully asleep. Not wanting to wake her up, I take off the covers and go to the bathroom next to her room. I decide to take a shower using Sarah's rose scented body soap and shampoo. I then brush my teeth and dry my hair.

I go back to Sarah's room, who is still sleeping. I change into one of Sarah's black bikinis and a black tank top and white shorts. I decide to let my hair out once again not really caring about the way I style it. I then look at myself in the mirror approving how I look. My hands travel to my emerald necklace which I never take off.

"Good morning gorgeous," I hear Sarah say from behind me. I grin "Bonjour ma belle,"
"Ohhh vous parlez bien français," she says. "Oui,Oui bien sûr,» she chuckles lightly «Okay, okay enough with chit chat, I am going out with Topper today do you wanna join?»

I roll my eyes «Do you really think I want to do anything with Topper? Plus I don't want to third wheel, » «But you won't Rafe and Kelce will be there too,» she says. Rafe, Sarah's brother addicted to drugs. He isn't exactly the sweetest and kinda gives me the creeps. Kelce, Topper and Rafe's best friend, he acts like Topper but follows him around all the time.

"Yeah that makes me want to not go even more," I say " Ugh fine," she gets up and leaves to go to the bathroom. I go down stairs and see Wheezie, I go behind her and start tickling her sides making her laugh loudly. After a fair amount of time I stop and she hits me in the arm pretty hard. "Don't ever do that to me again," she says still trying to regain her her breath. I chuckle and give her a kiss on the heard making her push me away as she goes off outside doing whatever.

I take a piece of toast and look outside to see a mess, I wonder how it is in the cut if it looks like this in Figure 8. I'll go help them out later. "Agatha what did you do?" I say quietly. I see to my right Ward and a lady with a terrified look going towards Sarah who was trying to save mice. I always had a weird feeling about Ward, but it's probably nothing.

I shook my head, and decide to go fishing. You can always find the best fish after a hurricane. I go out and take one of the Cameron's boat, I'm sure they wouldn't mind. I start the boat and go towards the Cut, I look around and see a way bigger mess, it would practically take the whole summer to fix it.

I take a deep and long breath while closing my eyes taking in the smell if the ocean, the waves moving the boat forward. The silence, the silence is beautiful. I get out from my thoughts which I think happens too often, by a block of sand that stopped the boat.

I look downwards and see something. I drop to my knees and squint my eyes to see clearly. A boat. Without hesitation, I take off my clothes and jump off the boat. I dive down and inspect the boat, it's a Grady White. Who sinks a Grady White? I check inside the boat and find a Motel key.

I run out of air, but before I put everything back to its place. I quickly go to the surface still in shock and swim towards the boat.

"I think that's enough for today," I say to myself. I drive back to the Cameron's and attach the boat. I go in the house and see Sarah and Topper making out. "Ew, please get a room," I say in absolute disgust, "Last time I checked it was my house," Sarah says and proceeds making out with Topper.
