Broken-hearted

chapter 2

Sky's P.O.V
I stood there waiting the bus to come to a stop. I walked on to the bus ignoring the pain going through my body. I sat down in the back, the bus stopped at a different stop and picked the last kids. I'm guessing the we have a new student's at school because they sat down near and next to me. the one sitting next to me looked at me and saw the blood on my clothes.
" hey are you okay? " he asks
" you shouldn't be talking to me " I say
" why? " he asks
" because unless you want to get beaten up on your first day, you shouldn't talk to me " I say never looking up at him
" why would anyone want to beat you up? " he keeps pestering
" because I'm different " I say
the bus stops and I wait for him to get up so I can get out.
when I final get off the bus I'm pulled off the side. I look up to see the jocks of the school, oh great more people to beat me up.
" hey there emo " jake the quarter back says
" what do you dumb asses want? " I say looking him on the eye
" you little bitch, you will pay for that! " he says then punches me in the stomach. the rest of his goons start to kick me when someone yells. probably a teacher.
" hey leave her alone! " someone says
I then see it's the guy for earlier, this dumbass is going to get beaten up.
" oh yea who is going to make us? you? " jake laughs
" yea " he says and swings at jake
I get up groaning and pull him away. once we are away from them I turn to this idiot.
" what the hell were you thinking" I say and groan
" I couldn't let them beat you up, come on we need to get you to the nurse " he say picking me up
" ow hey put me down " I yell
he just keeps walking and walks strait into the nurses office. she looks up and sees me.
" oh skylar, you got beaten up again? " she says with a frown
" yea. " I say
" so that's your name " he says
" oh and you are? " the nurse asks
" I'm Tim, I'm new here " he says smiling
" well Tim it's nice to meet you and skylar you are going to have to go home and have your parents have to watch you, they did a number on you this time " she say
" I can take care of my self and plus my parents aren't home. " I say
" I'll watch her I live next to her, we have the same classes so I'll get our work right now, then we'll leave to her house" Tim says
" okay " the nurse says
" wait don't I get a say in this! " I say
" no " the nurse says
" what! why not! " I say
" let's go " Tim says and picks me up.

Tim's P.O.V
I walked out of the nurse's office carrying her. I can't believe that they did this to her. She a beautiful, wonderful, kind girl once you get to know her. I know because we were close friends before I moved. And looking at her now I don't want to stand by and just watch this happen. I'm going to take care of her and make sure this never happens again!
