I sit in my room with my headphones in my ears blasting my music. Today was such a bad day I failed my test and had an anxiety attack in the middle of it, this senior year is going to be hard. I lied on my back and stared at the celling trying to think of a safe place to go to, jus like my therapist told me whenever I feel depressed. I couldn't hear anything that was going on outside my room because my music was that loud.

"Amena Amena!! my sister said knocking on my door. I had it locked because I didn't want anyone coming in messing w me, I was jus in a bad mood today and I didn't really know why.

I paused my music and opened the door, my sister was standing there with a worried look on her face, we stared at each other for a minute then I finally asked her what she wanted. "yes Ahera" I said trying not to cry, "what were you doing in there, I was calling you for 20 minutes" she said looking at me with a annoyed face.

As me and my sister were talking my cat Vanilla decided to come into my room, Vanilla is like a human but also a cat she was super smart but she was also very dumb. I got her when I was about 15 and now I'm 17 so I've had her for a while. When I first got her from Craigslist she wouldn't really come out the carrier so I gave her space and set up her play and food area. After I set it up she finally came out and ran straight to me and I picked her up and the rest is history.

I got into the shower and played my music. After I went downstairs and packed my lunch I hate school lunch so I always make sure to bring my own

. My step dad was down there making dinner it was like 8pm he always made dinner at this time so I always made my lunch at this time so I could just talk to him and vent to him. " hey sweetie you okay?" He said while cutting up some bell peppers to put into the chill. "yea I'm fine jus had to clear my head" my head was killing me from thinking so much so I quickly made my lunch and went upstairs to get some medicine my mom was in her room doing her nails and my sister was in the bathroom washing her hair. I walked past my moms room but before I could go to my room to lie down my mom called me in there.

I sat on the bed and put my head on her lap, she rubbed her finger through my hair and it was making me sleepy. She asked me if I was okay because she could tell something was up with me.

My eyes slowly started closing while my mom sang to me, she will always sing this one song to me and my sister to make us sleepy it works. She sang so beautiful and calm "Our love is stronger then the stars in the sky" she sang while massaging my hair. I was already half asleep and my step dad came in my room and picked me up and put me to bed.
