Chapter 1

*In Equestria*

*Aurora starblazer was in her bedroom*

Aurora: Mommy can you tell me a story?

Sunny: Hmm okay but just one and that's it

Aurora: Okay

Sunny: many moons ago there was a queen named Skywynne she was once the queen of a magical land named mewni she and her loyal subjects lived their life perfectly in harmony until an alicorn named King Cosmos came along and he humbly asked if he, his daughter Celestia and his wife galaxia who was pregnant with another foal and their subjects could stay for a while with their acquaintances The trolls and their leader King Loppy

Sunny: Skywynne agreed to let the two tribes stay in mewni for a while and overtime they were in perfect harmony and when Skywynne passed away due to a monster attack her daughter Solaria became the general of the solarian army, she lead mewmans, ponies and trolls into war with the monsters one of them was King Cosmos

Sunny: But one day tragedy struck them

*Flashback in past mewni*

*Queen Solaria was battling monsters when she noticed King Cosmos fighting off some monsters when suddenly one of the monsters shot an arrow into his back which caused him to collapse onto the ground*

Queen Solaria: COSMOS!!!!

*Solaria fought off the monsters and rushed to her comrade*

Queen Solaria: Cosmos? Are you okay?

King Cosmos (weakly): *groans in pain* I- i'm not gonna make it solaria

Queen Solaria: don't be ridiculous you can fight this! You have to! you're our toughest warrior there is!

King Cosmos (weakly): I'm sorry Solaria *coughs*...tell my wife and celestia and luna...I love them

*Cosmos died in solaria's arms and she managed to hold back her tears and the other solarian warriors gathered around to mourn the loss of their greatest warrior*

*In the castle guest room*

Young Celestia: Mommy when's daddy coming back?

Queen Galaxia: I don't know sweetheart but i hope he comes back soon

*then there was a knock on the door and it opened up revealing Queen Solaria holding Cosmos' crown*

Queen Galaxia: Queen Solaria? what's going on? Where's cosmos?

Queen Solaria: Your majesty...there's something you should know about your husband...and bring in your daughter Tia she deserves to know what happened to her father

Queen Galaxia: O-okay...Tia come here

*Celestia entered the room and solaria kneeled down to the young filly's height*

Young Celestia: Miss solaria...where's my daddy?

Queen Solaria: Young one i'm afraid to tell you and your mother this but...your father is dead

Young Celestia: *gasps* No...what happened?

Queen Solaria: He was killed in battle...

Queen Galaxia (Sniffling): N- no...Cosmos...*Breaks down sobbing while solaria consoles her*

Queen Solaria: It's not safe here anymore for the ponies and the trolls to live here you need to evacuate your subjects and your daughter from mewni while i evacuate the trolls

*Flashback over*

Sunny: and so Queen Solaria and Queen Galaxia evacuated the trolls and the ponies from mewni and the trolls and the ponies went their seperate ways...

Aurora: Why can't we all be friends anymore?

Sunny: *caresses aurora's cheek* maybe one day we will i promise honey *kisses aurora's forehead* Goodnight my little aurora borealis 

Aurora: Goodnight mommy

*sunny leaves aurora's room*

Hitch: hey sunshine *nuzzles sunny and sunny nuzzles him back*

Sunny: Hey hitch

Hitch: What was the story this time?

Sunny: Oh ya know just some stories about ancient equestria

Hitch: Okay

Hitch: now let's get to bed, tomorrow you get to take aurora to your smoothie business and take her to the station for her very first tour

*Sunny goes to her and hitch's bedroom and she fell asleep with hitch cuddled close to her*
