mine and yours

Our wolves circled each other, she tucked her head under my neck, seeking comfort while she cried. We had never met before, but hearing her wolf cry, and the vibrations it sent through my body, made my heart hurt in a way that's indescribable.  I pushed my nose against her neck and released calming pheromones to soothe her, it only made her wolf cry harder. 

She needs you, not me. 

And with that, I took on my human form, completely naked, and unabashedly held her wolf against my body, I was rubbing her fur until I felt skin as she released a sob and wrapped her arms around me, she dug her fingers into my back like I'd disappear if she didn't hold on tight enough. 

"Mine" she sobbed

"Yes, Helena. I'm yours and you're mine"

"You'll save m-me?"

"Yes"

"And J-Jinnie?"

"Of course, anything you need. I promise. Just breathe with me okay?" I put her hand over my heart so she could feel my pulse, and I purposely took deep breaths and pushed them out until she followed along and started to calm down, I rocked her naked body in my arms and helped her to breathe as I ran my hand over her long black hair "I've got you" 

It took a long while for her to completely calm down, I kept her cradled in my arms and continued to rock her 

"You're silver" she mumbled 

"And you're black and silver"

"Your eyes are red"

"Yours are pink" I smiled 

"What color are your eyes now?" She asked as she kept her face pressed against my chest and her head tucked under my chin 

"Brown. Yours?"

"Gray" 

"Like a storm" 

"Yeah" she chuckled softly "like a storm" 

"Can I see?"

"I'm ugly from crying all day" I used my fingers to lift her chin and stared into her eyes, they took my breath away 

"You're beautiful, stunning actually. And you're mine. So even if you've been crying for days, I'd still think you were the most beautiful woman in the entire universe" 

"Oh god" she closed her eyes and laughed while she started crying again "You're hot, and you're nice. Fuck. Thank Goddess, I have no idea what I did in my past life but I'd do it all over again" I chuckled and kissed her forehead 

"You're so perfect" 

"I'm sorry" she whispered 

"For?" 

"I never wanted a mate. I was content never finding mine. Especially an Alpha, and I'm also sorry that our first time meeting had to be this way" 

"I don't care about any of that. Do you accept me now?"

"Yes. One hundred percent" her grip on me tightened making me chuckle "I can't believe I would've never had you" 

"I would've found you" 

"I don't doubt you" she chuckled 

"Good. Don't" 

"Simmer down Alpha" she teased, I let out a small growl that made her shiver "fuck" 

"Sorry, Omega" she froze and looked up at me, she looked into my eyes and her gray eyes swirled pink
