Nothing left to lose (Kira and Scott love story )

Chapter 7 Scott's P.O.V

I was examining my backpack when I see Kira's dad come inside. I'll admit I know I shouldn't be snooping but I have to know if she was at least okay.

"What were you thinking ?!" I hear Kira's dad says.

"They forgot their backpack so I decided I should take it to them during lunch. I was trying to be nice. You be nice you make friends." I grin like crazy knowing she wanted to be friends with me.

"Are you okay ? Are you hurt ? " I hear him say.

"Yes I'm okay and no I'm not hurt." Why did she just lie to her dad ? I'll have to ask her some point. But then she know I was hearing and start asking me how could I hear so far . I couldn't tell her my secret. Only a few people I know and trust know my secret.

As soon as her dad leaves her side I get up. I go up to her and smile at her. Shes probably a 6 inches shorter than me with her jet black hair that goes over her shoulders by a little. Focus Scott. Ask her if she needs to go to the hospital. Her cut was pretty deep.

"Hey." I say as I'm in front of her.

"Hey ." She says and smiles.

"Do you need a ride to the hospital? Your cut is pretty deep. " I say as I look at her hand and grab it.

At first she flinches like she's scared of me but then smiles. "You know it's okay I can find a ride.. " but I cut her off.

"Please Kira I think I'll sleep better at night knowing your okay at a hospital and this is how you can thank me." I say with a grin.

She laughs and says " okay thanks." "Hey scott .. ?"

I look up she's looking at her feet. " yea ? "

"Do you think you can stay with me at the hospital ? " she says.

"Sure." And we walk towards my motorcycle.

She looks up nervously and bits her lower lip but then I remembered about her hand.

" I forgot ! Do you wanna take your car or something ? " I say quickly.

" no it's okay I can do it. " she says and gives me a reassuring smile.
