Nothing left to lose (Kira and Scott love story )

Chapter 29 Kira's P.O.V

I stop laughing when Scott stops. I'm guessing he's opening the door. As soon as he opens the door. Sparkles and Sparks go running inside and jump on the bed. I look up and see my vision blurry. He throws me on the bed and my laughter fills in the room. When I'm just about to get up the dogs tackle me down and start licking my face. I try to get up but when I laugh too hard I laugh harder. I have no idea why I do that. What feels like a million hours, I finally stop laughing. I get up and I feel slobber on my face. I make a disgusted face and Scott laughs.

I walk to the bathroom and start washing my face.
"This is not cool.I blame you Scott." He grins and he starts laughing. I nod my head and give him a dirty glance.

"Hey so Kira once you get that dog slobber off where do you want to go ?"

I think about it before I answer. "Well the library opens at 1:00," I pause and look at my phone." And it's bearly 10:00, maybe we could hang out for a while and then go out ?" I raise my shoulders in questioning.

"Sure."

"Okay." And I continue washing my face. when I'm done i wipe my face with the towel and drop it. I turn around and I feel Scott's eyes on me. I turn around just in time to see Scott staring at me then pretend to do something else.

"What ?" I grin.

"Nothing."

"Are you sure it was nothing ?" As I walk slowly to Scott he starts to look around.

"Yea I'm sure." He gulps.

"Hmmm....I don't know much about werewolves but I do know they have a good sense of smell." I reach on the counter and grab my perfume.

"Okay okay ! I was looking at you and...." Ha caught you.

"And..." I grin.

"Your really gorgeous." He look away but I cup his chin and move his head forward to look at me. He stares into my eyes and I go on my tippy toes.

"I don't want you to feel uncomfortable telling me this kind of stuff."

"Okay." He says quietly.

"Thank you by the way." I remove my hands and walk towards the bed but Scott's voice stops me.

"Welcome. So how have you been sleeping ?" As soon as those last words leave his mouth I go stiff. I remember all those nightmares about the guy and killing Scott and...

"Kira ?" He taps on my shoulder.

"Sorry. When you asked that I was remembering something. And to answer your question, I haven't got any goodnights to sleep." I shrug and sit on the mattress.

"Why what's wrong ?"

I think about it. Should I really tell him ? " I've...I've been having these nightmares. They get worse every time. I pause then continue. "They feel real every time."

"What are they about ?"

I hesitate. I never really talk to anyone about them.
"There about you. Me. That guy at the party and those ninjas. I was walking around in the dark when I found out I was in Derek's loft. I looked around but I couldn't see anything. Later I heard something growl and howl. It got louder every time. It got so loud that my ears could take it anymore and I covered my ears and started to scream. It stopped after and I started walking around again. I saw you and you were facing the other direction from me. I called your name and you turned around. Right when you turned around a ninja appeared and I tried to warn you but by the time you turned around it stabbed you. I ran towards you and I started to cry because you were bleeding internally. When I looked up, it was that guy...the one that hit me. He started laughing like he was happy that I was crying and you were dying. He started saying he was going to eat me and the next thing you know he bites me...." I shut my eyes close at the thought of it.

I feel his huge muscular arms wrap around me.

"It's okay and just know that I can heal from everything. Well mostly everything. And I'll do everything I need to do to keep you safe." He muffles into my hair.

He gets up and walks to the bathroom as I crawl on the bed. I rest my head on the pillow and feel my eye close. I hear Scott come out the bathroom and walks towards the bed.

"Hey Kira....." But stops when he sees me sleeping. The last thing I remember before falling asleep is him climbing on the bed and lying down next to me.

I wake up to a loud buzzing sound. Grunting I swat my hand around hoping to turn off the alarm. Instead I hit soft skin. What the ? I look at Scott and see him rubbing his face and turning on his phone on.

"Sorry. You were sleeping so I put on the alarm just in case I fell asleep." He looks so cute with his hair messed up.

I groan." What time is it ?"

"It's 12:17."

Sitting up straight I get up immediately. I only have a few minutes to get ready.

"Ugh I only have a few minutes to get ready." I say and look at my bag. I grab a white knitted shirt and a blue flannel. I look at Scott.

" I hope you don't mind that I change in here. The floor in the bathroom is freezing." I say.

"Go ahead. I don't mind." He says and turns around. I take my shirt off and put on the flannel. I button it up and put the white knitted shirt over it. I fold up the sleeves up to my elbow. I hear Scott digging in his bag. I'm guessing to get a shirt. I turn around and see him taking his shirt off. I gasp in silence. I see his tattoo around his arm. He turns around as he puts on a blue flannel. Wow he has a six pack. I want to rub my hands around his....

"Kira? Did you hear me?"

Embarrassed, i shake my head. "Sorry what ?"

He laughs." I said are you going to take the dogs ?"

"Um...I don't know if you want too ?"

"Sure."

"Okay. Are you ready ?"

"Yea." He grabs his keys and phone along with his wallet. I do the same. We open the door and the dogs go running towards the car. I laugh.

"What car are we taking ?" I ask.

"We can take mine if you want to."

"Okay." I say and walk over to his car and he opens it for me.

"Thanks." He and he smiles as he closes the door. He opens the back door and let's the dogs in. He gets in and we drive off to the library.

When we get there the library is huge. Like almost as big as my house. We get out and we put the collars on the dog.

"Doesn't say we can't bring dogs in." I shrug. We open the door and a bell goes on. We look around for a while then a older lady comes out from the back.

"Hello how may I help you ?" As she puts on her glasses.

"Umm... I was going to pick up a book I ordered online ?"

"Oh yes I'll get it for you." I see Scott scratching his neck. He looks so uncomfortable. I grin. The lady comes back with a big book and holds it out.

"Here you go." I grab it and smile.

"Thank you so much." I say as we leave. I get in the car and I open the book. I'm surprised. There's a lot of...well supernatural creatures. I look at flip pages for a while. I can't believe all these exist. I'm about to close the book when something catches my eyes. It's about Kistunes. They absorb energy and eyes glow orange. It has tails. They can run really fast and heal. No wonder I healed I think in my head. I read for a few more minutes then I close the book. I lay my head of the cool window and fall asleep.
