Nothing left to lose (Kira and Scott love story )

Chapter 19 Kira's P.O.V

I wake up with beads of sweats forming on my head. I quick my wipe them off and I grab my towel so I head to the shower. When I'm done I look into my closet. I decide to wear my comic tights and a blue long sleeve with a sleeveless jacket. I'm putting it on when I hear the doorbell. I grab my camera and take a picture of myself. I want to know why it was so special to take a picture of me. When I take it and look at it I drop my camera then I hear the door bell again.Remembering that my parents left early I go and open the door. wow. Totally didn't expect them. It's the sheriff and a FBI agent ? okay whatever.

"Hi."

"Hi Kira. Are your parents home ?"

"No they left early."

"Oh okay we just wanted to see if everything was okay due to the blackout but we also wanted to ask you a few questions. Is that okay?"

"Oh okay. And sure I have to say something too. Would you like to come in?" I say as I leave the door open so they can walk in.

"We were at the power station and we discover Barrel's body. We also found a few drops of blood. We took samples and those samples led us to you." the sheriff says. I look at his name tag and hold my gasp. It's Stiles's dad , Mr.Stilinski.

"Okay so well I was there. My parents invited Scott over to have dinner to thank him for saving me. When we were walking towards his motorcycle some crazy guy who was Barrel knocked him out with a crowbar." I pause for a second then continue." I tried to help him but I couldn't and I thought he was...." I pause again but feel tears coming down. " I thought he was dead. When I was going to try to feel a pulse I felt a rag go across my mouth and covered my nose. It was some kind of strong chemical. I woke up tied to the fence. I tried moving around to see if it would come loose but it wouldn't. I could feel my hands dripping with blood. When I looked up I saw Barrel coming with gloves and my phone. He started taking pictures of me. I really don't know why. When he was done taking pictures he had one of the gloves off and grabbed a wire. He was about to connect it with my skin when we heard footsteps. He panicked and hid behind some boxes that were stacked." I pause for a minute to catch my breath then continue." I looked and saw that it was Scott. I knew it was a trap so I started to yell that it was a trap but it was to late. Barrel smacked Scott across the room with the wire. When he thought he was dead he went back to me. I guess he forgot he had the glove off because he grabbed it with the wrong hand. Then I closed my eyes and that's when I saw his body." I pause remembering when I was the one who sucked all the electricity from my hands. "Somehow I got untied when... Well when that all happened. As soon as I got untied I ran to Scott. He was still breathing fine. I helped him up and I just ran away after. I was scared of what he would think of me. I also left him because I knew his friend came with him."

He was done writing and closed his pad. "Okay thank you so much Kira can we have your phone ? We need it as evidence. And you should check out those cuts on your wrist." He said just as he's opening the door.

"Okay thank you. And....sure here." I grab my phone and hand it over to Mr.Stilinski."Sorry for not coming forward about all this." I give a sideway smile.

"It's okay. Have a good day." He says and smiles.

I close the door and close my eyes for a second. After I run to the kitchen and grab my backpack. I grab my keys and drive to school.

I park my car and grab my backpack and close my door. I walk towards my locker and I could feel Someone's eyes on me. I know who it is. I'm just scared I might hurt him again. I could feel tears coming. I quickly grab my books and lock my locker. I look back( I couldn't help it) and see that Scott's coming towards me when Stiles stops him. My eyes go wide and I run towards the staircase so I could go to my next class. This is going to be a long day.
