Chapter 9

When I met Niall he was dressed in a suit and tie. He was really sweet and treated me like a princess. I was dressed in a long purple dress with silver heels. "You are so beautiful," he said. I forced a smile, but couldn't stop thinking about what had just happened. He lead me in to the building. It had to be the most romantic resturant in Spain. He pulled my chair out for me to sit down. "You really don't need too," I said. "Yes I do. That makes it sound like you don't want me to, Kayleigh Cat," he replied. I must have looked like I was sucking on a lemon. "Of course I do, its just you treat me too nice." I said. I felt so guilty about before, I just wanted to cry. "Niall, I have to tell you something," I told him. I knew I had to come clean with him eventually - I mean the guilt was eating my insides.  Niall wasn't exactly the strongest person in the world - he describes himself as a baby penguin. "Wait, I've got you something first," Niall said, excitedly. Oh gosh,I thought to myself. "Tadaa!" he said and handed  me a box. Iopened it. There was a beautiful necklace with a heart on. Ingraved on the heart was "I love you Kayliegh, love Niall".

I started to cry. "Don't cry Kayleigh, if you don't like it I can take it back. It didn't cost that much." he said, trying to comfort me. "No, Niall, it's beautiful. It's just, I have to tell you something." I held the necklace as I spoke. "Wait, I just got to go to the little boys room, you stay there, KittyKat." he left. I cried, wrote a  note explaining what had happened and said how bad I felt and that I loved him. I left it next to his food and ran off to find Jay.

As soon as I found Jay, he leant in to kiss me. I punched him in the face and he fell to the floor "you leave me alone okay? Dont go anywhere near me or Niall. And don't go thinking you're hard, you just got beat up by a girl. So just get lost and stay out of my life. FOREVER."
