After Niall had gone home, I went upstairs to get changed. I looked at my self in my bra and pants in the mirror. Niall was always on my mind. I couldn't stop thinking about him. Checking my phone I realised I got a text off Jay. "I love you. Thats why we need to do more." You replied "If you loved me why are you forcing me to do things?" You knew you had to dump him, but he was one of the angriest people in the world. When he gets mad he turns violent. Very violent.

The next morning I was up bright and early. Luckily my uniform covered the bruises.

I didnt try and dress up like I used to. I always did for Jay but today I didnt care. I had to dump him. I didnt have a choice.

As soon as I saw niall I felt relieved. He had a cheeky smile on his face. I went to talk to him, but he grabbed me and kissed me. I leapt away, not because I wasnt enjoying it but because it hurt so much. We were relieved. Only one person saw. But we didnt know that it was Jay. Well we did find out virtually a second later. Jay came charging at us. He tried to punch niall but I pushed Niall out of the way and took the punch myself. I fell back and wacked my head on the dinner table. I watched as the blood made a puddle under my head. Niall picked Jay up and threw him at the door. He rushed over to me and held my hand. "Its okay Kayleigh Cat" he said and ran to get help.

I must have fallen asleep because the next thing I remember was lying in a hospital bed. My mom was sitting next to me, and although I loved her, I just wanted to see Niall. I told her what happened but she didnt understand. Not like Niall would. I lay there for hours until the doctor finally came in and said "Kayleigh, you need surgery"
