- Second Chance At First Line

The next morning, Bethany and Georgia were sat around the kitchen table along side the Mikaelson's apart from Klaus who hasn't woken up yet. The blonde let out a small sigh as she messed around with her breakfast not in the mood to eat after what happened the night before.

The Mikaelson's were all glancing at Bethany with a worried and concerned look on their faces. Beth tried her best to ignore them especially since she's been avoiding them apart from Freya who had informed the blonde she's going to start teaching her how to control her magic.

Hope wanted nothing more than to get to know her sister as she's always wanted an older sister but the Mikaelson Witch avoided her at all cost seeing as every time she walked into the room Bethany would soon disappear. It's not that Bethany didn't want anything to do with Hope as she knew it wasn't her fault that her parents did something unforgivable.

Bethany just didn't want to let the Mikaelson's into her life knowing if she let someone in the more they would walk right out of her life just like they had done to her mother all those years ago. The only reason the blonde agreed to have breakfast with the Mikaelson's was to stop her mother nagging down her ear.

"Hey, Mom can you please pass the orange juice over" Bethany asked pushing her bowl away from her and across the table with a small smile on her face causing Georgia to raise her eyebrows at her daughter with a smile on her face and replied, " of course"

The Mikaelson's watched the blonde girl closer as she acted much like her mother as she had her sass and fiery personality but she looked so much like Klaus with the blonde hair, blue eyes and the dimples on her cheeks whenever she smiled.

They were awe-stuck at the young girl beauty and took after both her parents in that department which caused a smile to appear on their faces as they looked at one another in amusement before Freya spoke up, " So, your uncle Kol couldn't make it since his on his honey moon with his wife"

Bethany hummed as she knew a little about Kol from her mother when Georgia told her daughter about her time in Mystic Falls and that Georgia was the first friend he made after being daggered for over hundreds of years. The blonde suddenly had a scowl on her face when Klaus entered the room and greeted, " Good morning"

Bethany rolled her eyes in frustration sending her father a glare drinking the rest of her juice trying to keep her anger at bay letting out a deep breathe like Freya had taught her not wanting to get too angry or the same thing that happened last night will happen again.

"Obviously, there is a lot for us to discuss" Klaus stated as she turned to glance at his oldest daughter who let out a scoff in disbelief and resorted, " there's nothing else to talk about. Here's an idea why don't you go back to New Orleans, far away from my mother and me"
