Ah yes, the day was perfect. The sun was shining over the blue ocean waters, small waves splashed against the side of the strawhat pirates' ship. Luffy, the captain of the strawhats, and his crew were out doing what they always do. Heading to the grand line in search of the famous one piece. Many pirates have searched for it, and so far none have ever succeeded in finding it.
However, they didn't let that stop 'em. Anyways, after sailing for some time, they came across a ship belonging to the marines.

Nami, of course, instantly wanted to know what kinda treasure they had on board, and insisted that they board that ship, and see what kinda good stuff they have. Luffy immediately agreed to this, and attacked the massive vessel. Little did they know what, or more accurately, who they would find on that ship. And how their lives would be changed forever.
Y/N POV
I was currently locked in the brig for something I didn't even do. May arms and legs were shackled to the ground, and I couldn't move because of the pain in my body. The only company I have down here are rats, a few mice, and the occasional unwanted visit from the captain, or a crewmate, who only came down here to mock me, or beat me. It's been like this for months now. I've just given up trying to escape my fate. I already tried, and I only got myself hurt.
What I didn't expect to hear was the sound of cannon fire from above decks. There was a little window with bars on it, and I could just barely see a pirate ship.
Me: 'Pirates? What're pirates doing out here? And, who would be crazy enough to attack a ship loaded with marines?'
I didn't have time to think about it much longer, because suddenly the ship was hit by cannon balls, and rocked side to side. I was scared of what was going on above decks,as I heard people fighting. The noise lasted for a few minutes before everything went dead silent. Suddenly, I heard someone coming down from above decks. I got scared, and did the only thing I could do. I held my legs against my chest, hid my face in my arms, and cried.
Me: *sob* *sob* "Someone, anyone, please help me."
NAMI POV
After we finished taking care of the guys up here, I ran down to below decks to see what kind of treasure they're hiding on board. Unfortunately, I didn't see a single bit of treasure anywhere. All I found was rats, and a few mice scurrying around. I sighed in disappointment, and turned to go back to the others when I heard someone crying. It sounded like a little kid. I started looking around to see where the sound was coming from.
Me: "Hello? Is anybody there?"
???: *sob* *sob* "Someone, anyone, please help me."
At this point, I was actually visibly concerned. A whole mess of questions were going through my mind. But, there was one thing that I was thinking.
Me: 'Why would there be a child in a place like this?'
I looked around for a moment, before I saw where the crying was coming from. There was a little kid sitting on the floor, holding his legs against his chest, burying his face in his arms, and crying. He was chained up, and from the looks of things he's been down here for at least a week. I couldn't help but tear up when I saw him. He must've been stuck here for months, maybe more!
Me: *gasp* "Oh my God."
???: "P-please, help me."
I ran back above decks, and immediately told everyone. And, they were just as shocked as me. Everyone followed me, and whe they saw the kid, they all reacted the same way I did.
Luffy: "Zoro, get those chains off him."
Zoro: "I'm on it."
Y/N POV
I looked up at the man, and saw him take out one of his swords. I closed my eyes, waiting for the end, but it never came. I suddenly felt lighter, and heard my shackles fall to the floor. I tried to stand up, but only ended up falling back to the floor. Suddenly, I felt arms wrap around me, and I was lifted up. The lady with the orange hair was holding me in her arms.
Me: "Please help me, I wanna go home."
Orange haired lady: "Shh,shh,shh, it's ok little one, you're safe now. We're gonna get you out of here. You're safe with us, I promise."
