four ~ the date

The days and weeks passed on. I got to know Aryan more than I ever expected. Somehow each moment with him felt like eternal bliss. It was pretty obvious that we had a mutual attraction for each other. Well, because it was way hard to ignore it!

Well, after the relentless persuasion from Radhika's side, she finally got to meet Aryan. She met him and let's just say it ended up with Radhika being absolutely charmed by him. All this while, I did notice something that Aryan had this charisma and magnetic field about him. He could charm off almost any girl. Or any person, if I may say.

Also, the media had fairly stirred some new rumors about a certain girl in Aryan Khan's life. They had gotten pictures of us together and as usual, were clearly just assuming things!

Although, Aryan had warned me about it beforehand so I would not freak out one day waking up to our pictures splashed on the front page of a newspaper. 

This particular day, Aryan and I had been laying around at my place. It was Sunday, and Radhika had gone out on a brunch date with her crush. Lucky her!

Well, coming back to us. We were just watching some old Hindi classics and doing nothing much in general. We goofed around and said all the dialogues out loud. Then ordered some KFC fried chicken and Pizza, and munched on that.

Just as 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Naa' ended, it was quite late, and Aryan got up to leave. I walked him to the door. 

" Tera mujhse Hai Pehle Ka Naata Koi 

    Yoonhi Nahin Dil Lubhaata Koi.

    Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na

     Maane Tu Ya Maane Na. " Aryan sang out loud.

I laughed out loud at his reaction when all of a sudden, our eyes met. It felt as if the atmosphere changed completely. My breathing became faster as he inched closer. I closed my eyes, maybe due to shyness or feeling embarrassed. I honestly don't know why.

Moments later, I felt a soft kiss on my forehead. Okay, so I'm actually quite short comparing to Aryan. Hence, I come by his shoulders. I felt him resting his forehead against mine, as we both took a few minutes to get our breathing back at a normal pace.

I opened my eyes slowly and kept my gaze down. Suddenly I felt so shy to kool at him. He then put his finger under my chin and lift up my face, so that I was literally forced to look at him. He looked sexy as hell and I just could not digest or ignore the emotions I felt. 

" I've got to go love. I'll see you soon. Take care. " Aryan whispered softly while giving out a smile.

" Okay, bye. " I managed to say out loud. 

He nodded his head in acknowledgment and kissed my right cheek. 

" You're just so adorable! " Aryan exclaimed and got out.

Closing the door behind me, I slid down to the ground and released a long sigh.

What the hell just happened?

~ A few days later ~

" Yes! I'll be right there in five minutes. I promise! " Aryan's recent voice note spoke.

Letting out a sigh at Aryan's usual lateness, I flopped down on my bed all dressed up. Yes, we were going on an official date; and I was unusually fidgety. 

Well, I don't know man! For some reason, this was not like the other times we had gone out. This was a proper freaking date that he had asked me out to! And I was nervous as hell!
