Today I woke up at 8:00am sharp, great I thought waking up before 10:00am was kind of a miracle for me. I jumped out of the bed and found Katie snoring, I sighed she probably won't wake up till 9:00 am or something I thought. Till 8:45 I was done with my morning routine and thankfully Katie was up by then. I decided to leave her alone and minding my business like - doing my homework, yup that's right homework I mean if I wanted to go to the hill again I have to do my h.w. isn't obvious ??..........🤨
When my mom saw me doing h.w. I guess she was surprised so she asked, "Are you doing homework??" I sighed and replied, "Yes mom I am doing homework." Now I could tell she was surprised but I continued my work. After exactly 1 hour 14 minutes I had finished my 3 assignments oh I was relieved!!!! After 2 mins Katie walked into the room all dressed up like she was going to a fashion show *sigh* 😑. I was going to ask her why but just then dadi called us to help her with something upstairs!!! Seriously now ??? I said to myself. When I reached upstairs I was surprised to find dadi asking us to sort out old and recent albums, Katie and I got super-duper excited. For the first time in my life I saw Katie leave her phone and not care about it, " Looks like someone's excited today." I said "You don't know me very well, I like this stuff" she replied I gave her a doubting glare and said," I see..."
While I was going through one of the albums a pic fell out it was of my dad when he was 10 he was on the same hill we went to yesterday and the same cave was there exactly the same. I was even more curious about it and had a sudden urge to go to the hill now but I knew I couldn't not alone I have got to convince Katie soon I thought and then I secretly hid the pic in my pocket. After lunch, I told Katie everything and as expected she made a laugh out of it when I showed her the pic she started to believe thank god I said. But....I am not sure if this is a prank or anything so you will be doing my chores for a day only then will I convince mom and dad... I agreed to this condition thinking how hard could it be? But little did I know that I was wrong at that time.
The rest of the day passed by in me thinking about the cave I had made up all kinds of stories about it like-
1) Maybe there are loads of diamonds with a blinding light in there
2)Maybe a whole world is out there of humans living secretly
3) Maybe it is a time machine
4) Maybe it is a world of small people ✔
Option 4 was a guess because I saw people for a split second before the blinding light came back who knows? Maybe it was my own reflection.

Hey, guys in Mia's odd guesses I have ticked the correct one but still, there is a lot more to that than the people who live inside that small entrance there, but I am not going to reveal anything more lips sealed. the next chapter WORK FROM HOME will be based more on Mia's suffering while doing Katie's chores and less on the cave entrance.
