The towns people whom I thought were helping were actually surrendering me to the guards!!! When I realized that it was too late but then suddenly everyone became a statue and I turned back to see a kind looking lady staring at me. "And you must be Mia..." she said. I was utterly horrified how did she my name was she some wizard or something I thought. I guess she sensed my fear because she replied, "No need to be scared from me I am the one who saved you by turning these people into statues. You must be wondering who am I ? Well I am Purploise a witch I am one the kindest witches in Portlanda."
"Portlanda?? Sorry never heard of it" I replied "Ah!! Yes I should Portlanda is a magical city in fact we rank 2 on the magic register only if we could beat Narnia. Anyways back to the topic I am in fact so excited to see you, but first things first we got to hide soon!!"
She muttered some spell and both of us landed in a small hut from where there was a clear view of the village. Did I mention it was on a hill?? Well it was and I freaked out thankfully Purploise calmed me down. What an odd name I thought. Then what she said next amazed me and for the first time ever I was actually interested in history for the first time in my life.
"But....I first need to perform the statue reversal spell" she said.
I watched her as she muttered some words in some other language and shot her wand towards the townspeople and they suddenly turned back to normal. They started looking around for someone which was obvious it was me. I didn't panic because I was safe in the small cottage. Then Purploise sat down and told me everything.
